“Whilst the dress itself is wonderful and a great fit, it's absolutely mind-blowing that Phase Eight send it via courier in a brown paper parcel folder down to A4 ... The creases are embedded like pleats but I can only use a light setting on the iron to get them out ... Please send dresses like this as other stores do... Via a hanger !!”

“It's easy to order and return. Refunds are paid promptly. However, items often arrive very creased. It's great to see a petite range but most have so much material it swamps a small frame.”
