“Lovely dress, beautiful colour and very comfortable to wear. Nice shape and detail in the fabric. Although the cotton threads on inside of fabric holding the petal details on got caught on the pointy kitten heel i was going to wear with it so i had to change to a thicker platform sandal. Maybe the height difference was a factor. The platforms brought the dress little higher so it wasn't in the way. But then it was not a problem. The dress was probably slightly too long with kitten heels on.”

“Firstly, if this review were just for the ladies in the Phase Eight shop in Worceater, it would be 5 stars all the way. They were amazing and helped me choose my wedding dress. They were so patient and honest, and helped me step out of my comfort zone. Thank you ladies. I ordered two outfits online which were delivered direct to the shop. They weren't suitable, so I returned them over the counter there and then. The Visa refund was processed and I got a transaction receipt. I have waited patiently for the refund, but when I enquired where it was, I didn't get a satisfactory answer. 17 days later and there's still no sign of it, so I've had to ask the bank to step in. This isn't a small amount either, it's over £200. It's not like I ever took possession of the clothes, they never left the store. This problem with the refund has soured the whole experience. Luckily we didn't let it ruin our day!”
