“Great selection of dresses, although I think the ocassion wear is alot more catered for the mature woman. The dress I bought was for a black tie event. And it seemed tk be the only one suitable for my age range. The store collection went smoothly, and the store is prettily displayed, it's a lush experience to shop at Phase Eight.. Their fitting rooms are spacious clean and smell lovely and the carpets are so soft.”

“I would have kept the dress but it had a shop security tag attached and the holiday I wanted it for was within a couple of days so I had no alternative but to return. I had paid extra for urgent delivery.”

“I love the dress, however it arrived with pleats all poking outwards and not great. It had simply been put in the bag with no hanger, and no care taken over the pleats. I took it into Buchanan Galleries in Glasgow and the ladies couldn’t have been more helpful. They steamed it and got the pleats back. It would be useful to package items properly like many other brands.”

“My parcel didn’t arrive so a week later I contacted Phase Eight customer service. They were incredible, told me they would deal with the carrier and two days later my parcel arrived. Can’t get much better service than that!”

“I can’t recommend the dress as I never received it, it was lost! The refund was dealt with quickly & politely but losing the dress I needed for an event, caused me a lot of inconvenience!”
