“Finally managed to get the correct size after a faulty / marked one being sent out by mistake and then issues with finding another coat in the size I needed. Customer services were very helpful and I used the web chat and spoke to an assistant too. Packaging varies- some boxed in strong boxes with tissue to protect- some items sent in boxes that were of poorer quality and boxes that arrived torn / not sealed well .”
