“This is in regards to Evri your delivery service, which is absolutely appalling. I have been waiting a fortnight for another dress to be delivered, never arrived even though I was at home, plus cameras on the door and Evri sent it back to you saying they had tried three times to deliver which is totally untrue. Still waiting for the dress!”
