“I was surprised that the dress came in a packet. So, it was a little creased. Unfortunately it wasn't stocked in my local phase 8 store. I don't usually order clothes online so maybe this is how they arrive??”

“Dresses are quite good quality (except button loops that are often not secured), but the range isn’t always good (not many shorter options) and they are very expensive. But still a good place to go when there is a formal occasion.”

“Jacket was lovely but I couldn’t keep it as a seam wasn’t fully sewn. I couldn’t exchange as was going on holiday, which I bought it for. Sadly I don’t actually own one, just to say it comes up big!”

“Easy to order and speedy delivery. Returned to shop and refund was fine. Online order was okay but website needs more filters, especially on sale section. Even when filters were applied, it still didn't always work. Who wants to plough through 390 of something to find what they want!”

“A top brand with lots of beautiful styles to choose from. Staff in local branch very helpful. Issues with quality could not be resolved online (I emailed and wanted to attach photos of issue with item bought - however response was to send back) I did return through store so that I could explain issue with store representative.”

“I'm pleased with my purchases but unfortunately part of my order was lost in transit. Once I got in touch, Phase eight refunded my money and offered me free next day delivery if I wanted to order again. I'm grateful that I could finally get the item I wanted but was disappointed with the delay.”
