“My item was collected and returned to store on sane day as it was faulty and stitched incorrectly. However I have still not received a refund over 2 weeks later. I have simply received reminders to collect. I have called the contact centre and emailed customer services but their auto response states that they are very busy and that there will be a delayed response. Meanwhile they have now had my monies for 4 weeks without supplying goods of an acceptable quality.”

“I like the quality and style of most Phase Eight clothes. However, as somone who only just reaches 5 foot in height, my choice is limited. Petite is listed as being for 5 foot 4 inches and under, but many dresses are still way too long for me. I saw a review by another customer,also around my height, who suggested a "short petite" option. That would be great, but maybe unviable, but even just a couple of styles would be nice, especially occasion wear. If you are really short, you are not catered for. Hems either have to be altered, you wear things longer, but they don't look so good or buy mini dresses for on the knee. (It would be really good if someone from Phase Eight read this and took notice!)”
