“Everything straight forward when ordering and received one email today despatched but no tracking given so called customer services where very nice and said they couldn’t see any tracking either and that I would receive an email within 24 hours which I did not. My order did arrive within the time frame but it’s much better if you are being updated”
“Have always loved Phase Eight and bought many clothes but been disappointed recently. Many items are far too long for average height women and the majority of occasion outfits are sleeveless - not great for lots of ladies.”
“Phase Eight are known for their stylish designs and good quality. Shame there are fewer brick and mortar Phase Eight stores about now so one has to rely on ordering online and paying postage costs on each return even if it's over £100 whereas most stores do free return postage over a certian amount.”
