“Dresses are quite good quality (except button loops that are often not secured), but the range isn’t always good (not many shorter options) and they are very expensive. But still a good place to go when there is a formal occasion.”

“I returned the dress i ordered on 6th of June and still have not had a refund. It is now the 28th June. This is shocking. I would not order anything with Phase 8 again.”

“I purchased a dress online and it was a lovely dress but as mother of the groom it felt a little too much like a bridesmaid dress. I was able to return to a store with no problems and my refund came straight away.”

“I ordered the florentine wrap blouse with camisole. I received the camisole only. The item has sold out. I spent a considerable amount of time trying to contact customer services. Chat assist just kept me waiting. Phones not answered. Item sold out so I can’t reorder. Very unhappy with lack of service.”
