“I was extremely disappointed with the packaging. The belt was wound tightly around the waist of the dress which was then scrunched into a plastic bag, followed by a paper bag. Consequently the dress was very creased on arrival. Delivery was prompt and the returns procedure was good. In future I would prefer to go in store rather than buy online
