“Ordered size 7 and size 8 shoes for fit 7s arrived dirty, never received 8s received a pair of ankle boots instead. Extremely disappointed sent everything back including clutch bag no good without the shoes”

“The packaging was disappointing, especially given the price point of the dress. It arrived in a basic plastic garment cover placed inside another plastic bag, which felt minimal and lacked any sense of care or presentation. For a product positioned at this price level, I would have expected more thoughtful, premium packaging that better reflects the brand and protects the item in a more polished way. However, package arrived promptly and return was easy enough apart from the long queue at the Post Office!”
