“Love phase eight usually but feel let down with this item. So tightly cut and material not as nice as the original one of a few years back which was better quality material and lining. This one cut too tight and no back vent.”

“The box on arrival had been severely squashed and was partially open. Fortunately the coat was unharmed. The quality of the box was very flimsy and not really fit for purpose. I suggest that Phase Eight marketing should take a look at how Boden does it and reconsider Evri as there courier of choice. I ordered 2 items and both arrived crushed on different days so it wasn’t exactly an isolated incident.”
