“I liked the dress but unfortunately there were some marks on it, the most noticeable was on the front near the waist - it looked a bit like ash - as if someone had been smoking near it. I don’t think I should have to pay£1.95 to return it. It’s put me off buying online.”

“Phase 8 is a great company Their is a wide range of quantity goods and as I do most of my shopping online - I can browse at whatever time suits me. From ordering to delivery is slick and easy and if something doesn’t suit there is an easy return system.”

“All the dresses I have bought have been great quality I bought 2 jumpers recently and was surprised at the poor quality of both jumpers I bought extra small but they were more a medium size Very poor quality for the price even on sale”

“Beautiful garments, well made and quality fabrics. So pleased that Phase Eight hasn't compromised on this which sadly other retailers have. Fairly priced, not cheap but this reflects in the quality. Good selection and lovely designs in both plain and floral fabrics. Excellent retailer and would recommend to others particularly for occasion wear.”
