“I ordered several dresses and was really pleased to see a lot of effort and thought was put in packing the dresses. I had no creases and everything came with its own box and tissue wrapped. It felt a joy opening my dresses and felt special”

“The dress is lovely and the length is great for me being only 5ft. I've knocked a star off in the rating due to the condition the dress arrived in - a very small bag and the dress was so badly creased. Not what I expect from Phase 8!! Consequently returned this dress and re-ordered through a Phase 8 store - which arrived minus all the creases.”
