“Dress I was sent was previously tried on or worn as it had a lots of snags around zip area and at the front of the dress. I expect some quality control from the dispatch team.”

“The dress is lovely but delivered in a plastic bag and was extremely creased. Not what I expect when paying nearly £230 for a dress. I will not order from phase eight again. I have bought from a company of a similar standard and the clothes arrived boxed with tissue paper. A much better service.”

“Linda at the Phase Eight Store in Birmingham was really helpful, in fact she chose this dress for me, something that I perhaps wouldn’t have looked at myself. I decided on this dress, however it had a mark on it and there wasn’t any more in stock, therefore I had to order on line. This was delivered in very quick time. In fact I have purchased my complete outfit for a wedding in May. Thank you Phase Eight.”

“Fascinator was not delivered for 2 weeks, packaging was damaged and fascinator squashed and creased. Long delivery left no time to source a replacement, awaiting decision about whether I can keep with a discount applied. Communication has dried up after requesting this. Feel let down, which is a shame as the item would be lovely if not damaged”
