From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Phone is very good, like a new one, couldn't find a mark on it, and works like a new one. It was supplied with a free case, nice soft gel transparent one, and a screen protector. Also a charger, not an Apple one, but works well and can deliver 2 amps, which means it can charge my iPad as well, which is not always the case with Apple chargers provided with phones.”

“It's hard to complain, I got a great, brand new, Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, for $200 cheaper than I could buy it in any store, it was delivered quickly, and the phone is great. The only complaint I have is that the package seal was broken when it arrived. So I'm not sure whether the store had a reason for that, but as such the box had obviously been pre-opened which made me nervous. However after inspecting it all, it appears fine.”
