“Well this is the 4th phone I've purchased from these guys - prices are good - but there are other similar refirb phone shops around - unfortantly they are very slow at replying to messages - I had a issue with my previous order also - you think I would've learned... this will be my last order with these guys - we also are a small business - my order was a Galaxy S21 5g - it took a week to get to me and I paid express - I purchased from the November Black Friday Sale and it should have been an extra $25 off the phone - which they did not do. It Notified them but no replys - Very dissapointing”

“0 Stars - do not buy from this seller the items are inferior and customer service will make up information to ensure your warranty is voided. I purchased an Apple Watch Nike Series 6 and within a week it was broken due to water damage after wearing it in the shower, my Series 3 I wore swimming for years and never an issue. Absolutely unhelpful and unacceptable, I have just spent $337 and I have nothing to show for it.”

This, combined with the manufacturer’s guidelines stating that water resistance naturally degrades over time, especially in older or refurbished models, made it clear that proceeding with a refund or replacement would be against our principles. “After receiving the phone within a week, would have been better next day , the phone was in good condition but the battery health was only 88% whereas I had paid the top price for the phone to be at 90+% , after calling them they could only offer to exchange which was not an option for me as I had needed to start using the phone, I asked for a partial refund for difference to next grade down which they refused, I was not happy with the after purchase service, once they had their money that was it , would not recommend”

We understand your that it was advertised as 90% but you phone's 88% battery health is within the acceptable range for refurbished devices, plus we offered a replacement to meet your expectations. “I purchased a Series 6 Apple Watch for my Father. Although it has been refurbished, you would not know. It's in impeccable condition and came with a watch band. I got daily updates on expected delivery and my package came within 3 days, which is fantastic as we live in country Victoria. It is my first purchase from this Company and I've no hesitation in recommending this Company to family and friends.”
