Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Very friendly and the phone is perfect”

“My overall experience was quite confusing as I was told multiple, inconsistent things when I asked questions. As a customer I would expect that the information that I am being given is going to be consistent, and not told different things by different people. Other than that, my product I have bought is good and no problems so far, and it is everything as advertised. Whilst I was able to save a bit of money through purchasing at Phonebot, next time I would probably buy at a place in person, as this will avoid the frustration of mix messages.”

“I received my refurbished Samsung phone and it finally arrived. The phone is in excellent condition and I couldn't be more pleased with it. Pity the service from Australia Post couldn't match the service from Phonebot.”
