You can check the tracking link, we sent the product in a timely manner as your order was dispatched on 7th September which was the second day after we received your order. Now we have used the AusPost services as this is one of the most trusted delivery satchels we have got in Australia. We are so sorry for the hassle that you have been through due to the their logistic disruptions but Phonebot and Toll are two separate entities and wouldn't it be wrong to blame us or rate us bad even after we used the best possible service with all good faith? whereas we are on our toes to keep our customers happy and their satisfaction utmost. Sorry if you got the Review email before the package as the emails are designed to be sent around delivery dates.
