“I chose Phonebot because they have a shopfront (means they are real and can be contacted face to face if necessary) and because they appear to be encouraging repeat buyers (extending to family members) which means they are in it for the long haul. My purchase was an A grade Samsung Galaxy S10e smartphone but on arrival it appeared to the eye as new. I have now had a chance to fire it up and everything is working as it should. Delivery was timely and the addition of a cover and screen protector was a nice bonus. Time will tell but so far I am more than pleased with my purchase. The purchase was over the internet with all going well, so I have not had any need to communicate with the company.”
