Established in 2012, Phonebot is a market leader in sustainable technology products. Our aim is to reduce carbon footprint by reusing or recycling technology products. From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“The phone was described as Grade A and that's what I got. The package includes ear phones, charger and a protector case. Minor problem with the tempered glass protector and how it sat on the phone, but customer service says it will send me another one within a week... First buy, and not my last. Thanks Phonebot.”

“Super easy transaction with very clear instruction once you receive your SIM card. Within an hour of receiving my new sim, it was activated and ready for use. I haven’t had any need to contact Phonebot for further support at this stage but hopefully my initial experience is a sign of how Phonebot do all of their business. There deals are also extremely competitive and not being on a fixed plan means I am not stuck with Phonebot if ever I am less than happy. I would highly recommend as a new customer.”
