Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Bought two phones which arrived in a couple days (much quicker than I expected in regional Australia). The A-grade phones were in great condition. I hadn’t been able to find the screen protectors to suit on their website, so added a comment to the order asking if they had any.
