Drove 15 minutes one way and no pizza was ready told us a lie, that she did not say that. Put her hands on the pizza and offered to make one slice for putting hands on it. No thanks keep the it. But your head quarters will know about this Monday morning.”

“Catina Poole did a AWESOME JOB of satisfying me as a customer. I had a very bad experience at the Pizza Hut Arlington River Jacksonville Florida 32207. The GM at that particular store was very rude to me. He did not want to replace two pieces that I had ordered on August 3, 2025 around 6 PM. I called the store to speak with a manager when I spoke with the GM. He was very rude and he hung up in my face. I tried calling him back numerous of times, but he kept hanging up in my face. He did not want to give me a complementary six piece traditional Hot wings for the order that they ruined so I spoke with Catina Poole she proceeded to call that location and he also hung up in her face so she called the regional manager and three-way me in the call so they could correct the order and the regional manager apologized about this issue and comped my meal. I do not know what I would have done without her. Catina was very patient with me and apologized for what had transpired. She is a very great asset to this company and we need more people like her in the customer service field. She is a true epitome of customer service. Thank you so much Catina Poole and to the regional manager I thank him so very much as well. The Gm at that location need to be suspended and to get some training for customer service before they allow him to work again. Again Im a very satisfied customer not that everything has been rectified.”
