Pizza Hut Customer service are a shambles
Pizza Hut Customer service, absolute shambles.
Completed their survey which promised a BOGOF code upon completion. Code did not materialise. Checked with pizza hut customer service who advised they are aware of internal issue where codes are not automating but given I completed the survey in April there's nothing they can do to assist. Given, they're already aware of on on-going issue surely they should be more vigilant and take further steps to ensure vouchers are issued, as you agree to upon completion of the survey.
Pizza hut have wasted my time initially, when completing the survey which has proved fruitless, and, now, having to go back and fourth with customer services for a voucher that they should have issued from the beginning. There a better pizza establishments out there. Pizza hut is only value for money when they offer buy one get one free promotion, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.”
“Got pizza from gardner ks. Was excited to try your new pizza the tavern. The pizza came in slices instead of squares like shown also spices were supposed to go all the way to the edges but no each slice only had the spices up quarter of the slice rest had nothing such a disappointment. Pizza hut don't advertise something if your not gonna do it right! 😠”

“If I could give them negative stars, I would. I ordered online and put ALL my selections in the order form properly which was no cheese and bbq sauce for the sauce. The store actually called me to confirm which I thought was nice. I confirmed again no cheese and BBQ sauce. When it was delivered, it had Marinara sauce.
I called the store and nicely let them know the pizza came with the wrong sauce. The manager I spoke to was so agressive and rude my husband came over to see what was going on. I would have been happy to even get a coupon for next time or something but he was a total jerk. Accusing me of not putting in the order right which I am 200% sure I did AND he called me and I went over it on the phone prior to them making the pizza. Mistakes happen but there is NO REASON to be an agressive jerk about it. I realize it is hard to get good help these days but they are not curing cancer. It's pizza. Figure it out and get better leaders in your store. Dallas-Acworth Hwy location in Kennesaw, GA.”

“I order Pizza Hut all the time through the app but my rewards never show up in the app. I have almost 300 points that I can’t redeem because they aren’t visible in the app. When I call the rewards help line they tell me how many points I am but all they do is “escalate” my ticket. So why order any more pizza if they will not update my reward points on the app. I’m done ordering from them!”
“With the mobile ordering that was a major + in my opinion very good being able to order ourselves and having the time to choose and not thinking your taking to long that was a great addition Food was great really good soo tasty Also the lady that served us her name escapes me but she has been with company for almost 20 years She is fantastic absolutely is she makes the great in what you do in the dundee branch”
“my brother in law order pizza for me online original regular pizza and they did gave me pizza looks like cow dunk when I saw I call them to change it they says No we can't do that this is online order please be careful you guys when order ask them first if they give wrong order they can change then order”
“Took my 2 grandchildren to tower park Poole . I rang them to book a table for 2 adults 1 child and a 2 yrs old and needed a highchair . Got there and they said a party of 8 🤔 . Then put on table near a cold door and adult swearing . We were absolutely disgusted with the price of a large pizza £32 thin crust with a topping of virtually nothing just a honey sauce I counted 4 pepperoni it was so bare I actually left it it was like cardboard. The kids pizza was cold and only had 1 piece the child's spag bol was awful and spaghetti was chewy looks like it was thrown in microwave and arrived 15 mins after our meal . Absolutely diabolical and the bill came to £59 . We will never return to pizza hut . I'd rather get a pizza from Tesco . Need to sort out your restaurants and the pricing . 😡”
“Ordered 8 medium pizzas online. Ordered 2 Buffalo chicken and 2 chicken with garlic parmesean. Got home and didn't have either of them. They gave me 4 chicken pizzas with regular red sauce. 2 of us can't eat red sauce. Called Pizza Hut and the manager refused to do anything. Said it would be to costly for them. Be quite some time before I get pizza at Mansfield Pa Pizza Hut again.”
“I've ordered from pizza hut for years, after this delivery order I will change to another company. Simple order, pizza cinabuns. I asked for an extra marinara, extra frosting. Extra mushrooms and did not get any of the extras. The person taking the order asked,if,I still wanted the order, not very,friendly, never mentioned I did not want order. Fortunately there are plenty of options so I will try elsewhere. Tried to upload receipt it failed.”
“I went in topizza hut off of Woodruff the 22nd of May and placed an order that cost 20 bucks. They took so long trying to find an item I ordered that I said nevetmind. They still charged me and I asked if they would please look at my bank statement and they denied my question and said there was nothing they could do about it. What ever happened to customer service? This is wrong”
“The New pizza hut box deals are a total waste of time and money 💰. Whomever thought this idea up belongs in a different line of business.
Pizza hut used to be a great place with great pizza times have changed.”
“The manager at store on Garnersferry Road got my order wrong. He did not appreciate that I was not happy and wanted my money back. He made me feel intimidated, then told me to not come back in his store....who does that?. He was kind of scary to me.”
