“Pizza Hut should not limited the survey code is only meant for walk in order. i usually order pizza online for delivery. i get an email to do the survey and get a free personal pizza. now that i want to order online again, and also redeem my free pizza, i couldn't redeem online. survey code only meant for walk-in? Since Pizza Hut invite customer to do a survey to hear us out, they should not limit the redemption is only for Walk-in. customers agree?”
“I’ve been a long time Pizza Hut customer but after the last pizza I will not be. We ordered the what has always been the meat lovers. “In my delivery instructions i put in the driver notes to please place on my bench. When the driver arrived he proceeded to bang on my door. When i answered and stepped outside he sat there looking at me. I asked if there was something i needed to sign . He said no. He then in a not so friendly tone asked if he should place the order on my bench. I said yes. As he was leaving he says, usually it shows this is a no contact order. I replied and said your attitude is not necessary. I thought i tipped on the app and the tip was not added. I dont know if he purposely banged on my door and sat there looking at me so he would get his tip. I was going to call and have a tip added as i saw on the receipt there was none. However with his attitude no i was not going to tip for that service. I usually tip very well as i am a delivery driver as well. His attitude and lack of following instructions swayed me not to”
“The pizza we ordered didn’t look at all like the large supreme with stuffed crust we ordered! We barely saw the toppings and some toppings were clumped at the bottom each slice on the pizza. It was 4 of 5 pieces of green pepper at the bottom of each slice. I can’t believe whomever was in charge would not not let this go out looking like that. It wasn’t very hot.. We were looking forward to having Pizza Hut..we were very disappointed to say the least.

“I ordered a pizza and the machine/card reader wasn't working so I had to run to a ATM and get cash, they proceeded to leave when I went to grab money then they, let my pizza get cold, I finally paid for the food and went to go eat it when I figured out he was eating it in my car there was only 8 pieces left, I called the pizza hut I ordered from and ask for a full refund and a free pizza then these kids that worked there blocked my number, this is unbelievably disrespectful to me and my kids. - Karen”

I called the store and was informed they couldn’t honour the advertised special because they were out of medium pizza shells. Seems suspicious to me that they were out of shells for a special deal. Very, very disappointed!!!!”

“I remember my time at woking pizza hut as if it were yesterday. The heat was on if you get my drift but despite this I did not sweat. Lovely young crowd of fellow diners were there too. But it wasn't me in the photograph. Mumsy paid for the dinner, as she paid for me to buy cuddly toys even though I was a grown man. I used to shout at my staff if they did not arrange my cuddly toys in the correct way on my bed. I am a control freak like that. I don't have any recollection of any women but I remember the pizza was hot.”
