“Pizza hut online ordering sucks... there is nothing wrong with the food but their online ordering needs to have a major change somewhere, most of the times the error comes on the payment screen and have to startover again and again and again.”

Been a long time to order a pizza, I fancied a pizza, so I went to the pizza hut near me, ordered a thin crust pepperoni, was looking forward to enjoying it, after 15-20 mins, pizza is ready, couldn't wait to try it, I opened the box and I was instantly disappointed, looked really greasy, and flat, had a bite, so so so disappointed, my regret was not taking it back to show them, threw it away, the standard was really low, I know for sure I won't be ordering from pizza hut again, I thought Domino pizza was bad quality, pizza hut is catching up with them....really can't express enough how disappointed I was..”
“Wost service ever. I ordered a large BBQ brisket pizza and brownies which came up to $20.80, a young lady called back and that they were out of the bbq pizzas and the brownies. I told here I would take a Supreme pizza and a 2 litter mtn dew. My order jump up to $27.20. So I called the store back and she was so rude and was chewing gum in her mouth and smacking her lips. What's going on at this store. They were totally unprofessional and they're costumer service skills are awful. I'll never order PIZZA HUT AGAIN.
