“Tried to order by using Webb site. Their site said mu name was invalid. So I called Pizza Hut directly at this site to place our order. After listing the order I asked about changing the medium size to a large it was two dollars cheaper. So I changed the order to a large and a personnel size pan. The order was delivered no large size pizza but we were billed for both orders. Now I will have to drive over and get the one ordered reversed since we didn't get it”
“Over the past few years, they have gotten so much worse. Extra cheese now costs more and they give you less than the ordinary amount used to be. Time to give up on the chain for sure.”

The pan crust doesn't come close to being half as good as before. The sauce was changed and is nasty. I recently order a pepperoni lovers with extra cheese. I could still see the crust through the cheese and what little pepperoni was on there tasted like BOLOGNA! How do you even? I am no longer a Pizza Hut customer!”

“The call center is rude and doesnât help at all. I had the wrong food delivered and I had to drive to the local store to get it resolved because the call center was not doing anything to help me retrieve my order. I had a credit from the manager because of this and when I tried to order today the call center told me I didnât have any credit. When I drove back to the local Pizza Hut to find out why, they had record of my credit and made my pizza right then and there. I wouldnât order from Pizza Hut in Owasso unless you plan to do it in person and carry out. The call center is a joke, a bad one. They will treat you terrible and then when you are mad you end up at the local store to get things fixed because the call center doesnât do anything. Donât waste your time.”
“Purchase a large pizza received what felt like plastic very thin brittle hard with very little toppings or source. It was horrible. Had not been to Pizza hut in years. Talked wife in to trying again had to through it away. Purchase Locust Grove GA. on 8-0-24.”
“The ap was misleading we ordered, what we thought were 3 pizzas, got 2.I spent 15 minutes as least on the phone, was hung up on 3 times, no one wanted to do anything to correct the problem. Finally someone credited me a whopping $7⌠I still only have 2 pizzas that are incorrect- TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN EVERY WAY!
