“You are advertising a large pizza for $12.99, however when I try to act on this promotion I am told that no store in California honors this due to the high rate of pay in the state.
Why is this promotion aired in California if we cannot claim it?

Been a long time to order a pizza, I fancied a pizza, so I went to the pizza hut near me, ordered a thin crust pepperoni, was looking forward to enjoying it, after 15-20 mins, pizza is ready, couldn't wait to try it, I opened the box and I was instantly disappointed, looked really greasy, and flat, had a bite, so so so disappointed, my regret was not taking it back to show them, threw it away, the standard was really low, I know for sure I won't be ordering from pizza hut again, I thought Domino pizza was bad quality, pizza hut is catching up with them....really can't express enough how disappointed I was..”
“Wost service ever. I ordered a large BBQ brisket pizza and brownies which came up to $20.80, a young lady called back and that they were out of the bbq pizzas and the brownies. I told here I would take a Supreme pizza and a 2 litter mtn dew. My order jump up to $27.20. So I called the store back and she was so rude and was chewing gum in her mouth and smacking her lips. What's going on at this store. They were totally unprofessional and they're costumer service skills are awful. I'll never order PIZZA HUT AGAIN. AND DONT WAS YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THIS TOTALLY RUINED MY NIGHT!!!!”

“I usually order online because I am a disabled mom and I am unable to walk long distances or stand for too long so it is very hard for me to stand in line or to walk across the parking lot. My caregiver who is my son as well usually goes and picks up the orders he did this recently when I ordered a double buffalo wing for seven dollars deals where you can get two or more items for seven dollars there was supposed to be 16 buffalo wings I thought eight and they were barely covered in sauce at all most of the wings had no sauce on them or very little. I complained and I never heard one word from them. I also complained about a pizza that was completely messed up and not cooked properly to where the whole pizza was falling apart when I would pick up a slice of pizza all the toppings in the cheese with completely fallen off of the top it was just bread. Never heard back from anyone know if that is shady then I’d like to know what is. I was literally had sent pictures to show them how horrible it was and never got a response back.”

“I order a pizza through skip the dishes...the delivery was fine but the pizza was not cooked and just dough. I called Pizza Hut said I needed to contacted Skip even though it was their fault. Skip would only give me half the price back so I contacted the restaurant again and they say it's not their fault!!!! Wow food is not cheap to order now a days so at least try and make it right! So disappointed won't order again”

“It is nowhere the Pizza Hut pizza I recall from 10 years ago. Dough tastes like from frozen dough, not hand made. Will avoid purchasing again. I used to really love it. Sad.”
“Their customer service sucks. I have never received my Hut rewards points. I've called customer service and they sent an email to write in proof. I've done that they send me another email for the same damn thing. I call the Hut Rewards number say the same thing and they sent me an email. I abide by said email to wait another 2 days for them to send me the same damn email. I called them to let them know I've been going through this with them for over a month and I am owe thousands of rewards points and they lie and say that I am not a Rewards member and can't find my case even though to be a Rewards member all you have to do is sign into the app. So I debunk them on this and they remain to lie. This company is no longer getting a dime of my money. They are cheap scam artists.”
“I was so disappointed with the chicken Alfredo! It used to be my favorite thing from Pizza Hut but I will NEVER order it again or recommend it to anyone! It used to have the curly noodles and was creamy.. now it’s just gloppy noodles that are gummy & chewy with over cooked sauce…I’m done!!! It was nasty!!!”
