“Pizza prepared sloppily. It was made incorrectly the first time and then rushed the second time to the point where it wasn’t even done baking. I am still waiting to hear from the corporate office or at least the local store manager.”

The customer service is horrible the food is horrible only because the take more time on their phones than paying attention to making the food I have tried in person and on line and they still don’t pay attention the last pizza I got looked like it was cut by a toddler! This time we purchased 2 pizza's today (a New York and a stuffed crust) at your location on Van Dyke in Warren, MI. Our complaint is the dough tasted like FROZEN dough, not had tossed. We spent $49 total for both pizza's and was extremely, extremely disappointed!”
“I ordered the backyard BBQ thin crust pizza. When I got home there was scant to NO BBQ sauce on it and no bacon! I had to use my BBQ sauce to put on it and small amount of chicken. For $18 this is not acceptable!!”

The pizza was so so small that it didn't even look like a medium pizza it look more like a very small personal pizza , it was supposed to be with bacon peperoni and sweet banana peppers It barely had any of it very very disappointed would never order pizza hut again.”

“First, there wasn't a place to customize my breadsticks. And the phone number went to a call center, where I got the runaround and I couldn't contact the store directly. The 2 reps were unhelpful, I got a Door Dash driver that couldn't read a simple map, and I paid 20.00 for lousy service and a cold order”

We tried place order 10 pizza online tried 5 cards as order was so big there systems wouldn't allow so we called in spoke staff member waw no help at all hung up tried call back came back same situation we are regular customers due to service went to dominos provided better service don't order from pizza hut”
