“This store gives Pizza Hut bad name. Store has uneducated and unprofessional staff. Employees are hostile, walk around like they are thugs. Present themselves as thugs, always without uniform walk around in their sweats and pajamas using slang like they are at block part and not at work. Employees don’t have professional appearance and not professionally groomed and seems like the just woke up and came to work. Employees in this store will stand outside and smoke cigarettes and will go inside and start handling food with out sanitizing and washing their hands but Pizza hut don’t care. Pizza Hut only cares about getting money from customer. Pizza huts is concerned about money, and they don’t worry about guest’s health and unsanitary food that they are serving to their customers. Customers are spending their hard-earned money in Pizza Hut thinking and believing that they are getting sanitary service and quality food.
I live like 5 minutes from the store and order from here 4-5 times every week. I order online and it always gives me option to order curbside for this store. But this one lazy employee, claims to be manager, with bad attitude and bad self-presentation always without uniform in pajamas refuse to do his job and do curbside delivery as pizza hut agree when taking orders. In my most recent experience I ordered food online and I was given option to select curbside delivery. I order my food and get to store and waited for about 40 minutes, but no one bring my food out to my vehicle. Store had 3 employees and 40 minutes that I waited only 2 customers came in to pick up food. This guy who claims he is manager was just chilling and walking around the store not worried that guest is waiting for his food outside. I called store multiple time and wont even answer the phone like the store was super busy. Finally answer the call and said “MAN” you must come inside to get your food and we are not doing curbside delivery. I told him, online for your store, system give me option to order and do curbside delivery. I told him, that I paid for that service and you guys took my money agreeing to provide curbside pickup and not providing me the service as promised. This Mr. EINSTIEN/Mr. MANAGER tells me he gets paid for making Pizza and not by providing customer service and tells me GUEST/CUSTOMERS do not pay his salary. I told him, every time he is here, we have this problem and told him that this is his job and he signed up for this and it seems like he doesn’t want to do his job and told him that he is getting paid for that.
This employee somehow believes that PIZZA HUT will continue to pay him if there are no customers paying or buying food from Pizza Hut. Then he started to get angry and Irate and louder and started to threat me by saying he is getting angry and will spit in my food next time I order (in today’s time with COVID-19, he is threatening me that he will spit in my food, I wonder how many times he has already done that to my food or to other people). Employees at this store tested positive with Covid-19 couple weeks ago and some of my family members were tested positive for covid-19 also after we ordered food from this store and now, I am wondering if that was the case where he was spiting in my food.
Then he was screaming and yelling and threatening me that he will come out there and show me (THIS WAS MR. MANAGERS ATTITUDE TOWARD PAYING CUSTOMERS). I told him he is not scaring anyone. I told him that I will file complaint about him, and he said file it with owners or the company I don’t care and said he is the store manager, and he don’t care about anything. I have been going to this store for years because this is so close to my house, but I believe going to Dominos or Papa Jones would be a better choice, to get quality food and service from trained professional who are willing to help and don’t just want to take customers hard-earned money and make excuses and not deliver quality service or food as they agree.

Not only have I paid and waited for food, to be called when delivery was expected and then told you can't fulfill my order as you don't deliver to me, because of an error on your website, leaving me with no money too order more food for my at the time starving family. I have then had to chase you to raise a complaint to get my money refunded too me, as the shop had told me they hadn't taken the money, I have then had to wait a week to get you to agree to refund my money, another few days til its refunded on my card...
And not even an offer of a gesture of goodwill....disgusting customer service”
