“I ordered a pizza from the Pizza Hut in Kodak, TN I ordered a surpreme pizza and said no mushrooms my husband is allergic. When the pizza got here it looked like they had put three hand fulls of mushrooms on the pizza.
I called the store back, and advised them of their mistake and asked for it to be replaced. They told me that it would be another hour to wait. I said I was not going to wait another hour. It was there mistake. They said if I came down there that it would be 15 minutes. I told them I could not drive due to having surgery on my foot. Then I told them that my husband was coming down to get the pizza that I ordered ready and I was told no. My husband drove me down there and this girl came out and i asked her if this pizza will not have mushroom. She said I should have told them that my husband was allergic. I said I did. She again said to me that I should tell them so they could use a clean knife. Again I said i did. I then said that maybe she should tell her employees to listen better because she could have put my husband in the hospital or worse in the morgue. i was then told that I did not need to talk to her that way. I never recived an appology or they never took responsibility of their mistake.
I will admit that i did irrate and mouithed off, but what would you do, take a change of loosing your spouse over their mistake?
SO PEOPLE IF YOU LIVE IN THE KODAK AREA!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE BECAUSE YOU TAKE A CHANGE OF YOU BEING PUT IN THE HOSPITAL OR LOOSING A LOVED ONE DUE TO THEM NO LISTENING TO YOUR FOOD ALLERGIES. THEY NEED TO REMEMBER CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS STORE HAS NO COMPREHENSION OF THIS.”
“Placed a future order but the local Pizza Hut lost it. Said they did not have the correct phone number for me. I found this out 10 min before we were having our lunch at my place of business. Ordered from them last week and it showed up...but an hour late. Don't bother ordering from them again. They did not seem to care.”

“Edenton NC location - Pizza was terrible. The crust tasted like cardboard. I ordered a veggie pizza and there was hardly any veggies, just a bunch of sauce.. Customer service was the same. A rather large woman in the drive-thru was very rude and tried to grab my credit card without saying anything. I should be greeted and told how much the total is first, and then WAIT until I hand over payment. I will never be going back. I wish Mellow Mushroom would take its place. They have wider variety of delicious eats, healthier options, it taste so much better, they deliver and their food is organic.”

I have been trying since 7pm. it has been exactly 42 minutes. not only do they NOT answer their phones, They answer, and then put you back on hold. in case you are wondering, the dry rub is not available in all locations. I have heard that over 262 times. If you want a reason for someone to LEAVE the Pizza Hut Family, THIS is the best way to do it. “Went to stratford_upon Avon.It was my treat for my gransons 4th birthday.There were 3 adults 3 children .Children under 6.one in high chair.We had to zap QR code to order.Then do all on line.We all wanted something different so took ages to order by which time kids were hungry.I dont mind but there were waiteress everywhere.Why oh why could they not take our order.Or do what mcdonalds and have a big board up .Will definitely not be going back.”

I usually prefer Domino's but I had only pizza hut available at my place and you disappointed me.
It was not even baked properly.. Can you see the raw tomatoes on top and cheese was not even melted and cheese tasted like it got mixed with mayo. 😑😑 That was one of the worst pizza I ever had. Where is the veggi feast I could barely see them”

My partner & I visited at 14:15, app was very slow, VERY limited menu, can only have one type of salad, NOT a mix, all pre-made, I wanted green salad but don't like Carrots, it's mixed in with it!!!
Who just wants Potato salad or just Coleslaw? CAN'T EVEN MIX & MATCH, ONLY ONE OF THE THREE!
Can ONLY order ONE of the four pizzas available at any one time, eat that then order Pizza again, they DON'T do slices.
The 'Blonde' member of staff was dealing with a couple at a table, it looked like she had finished with them so I said 'excuse me' (meaning when you have finished can I have your attention), she was rather Snappy & said 'I'm dealing with these!' (wind your neck in girl, I was polite so you should be!), other places we have been to offer much more variety of salad. The place only had a few diners, my partner & I looked at each other & we knew neither of us liked the service or the way Pizza Hut have gone about it, incompetent & NOT the best way to go about it.
We decided to leave, the 'blonde' then shouted across the room, "it's been this way for over a year!" (DON'T SHOUT! DON'T BE STROPPY, BE PROFESSIONAL) SO!!! Just means it's been very bad for over a year & Pizza Hut should do a better job & that would explain why they were almost empty & every time we've looked it seems to always be that way! PIZZA HUT, you want to get customers back this isn't the way to go about it, NOT EVEN CLOSE!!
We went to a Castle Calvary not far from that Pizza Hut, FULL MENU, you ticked what you wanted on a menu, they brought it to you, perfect service, perfect food VERY MUCH UNLIKE YOU!”
“Ordered gluten free 18 dollars for a small top of pizza over cooked bottom not cooked pizza had hardly any toppings when I asked why it’s not even cut she replied they don’t cut gluten free pizzas due to cross contamination!!!SERIOUSLY! “Pizza Hut has always been my and my family's Go-To place for pizza. We've eaten a LOT.
Throughout the years the quality has steadily DECREASED. Thin pizza is no longer made with the delicious ORIGINAL thin dough. It is now this UNPALATABLE wreck of grease. The other crusts are just as bad, if not worse. The toppings unfortunately follow suit.
The almost $60 spent this evening, to "give them one more chance" was money too difficult to come by to go to such a waste.
Sadly the time has come for "a parting of the ways" .
I would not eat at Pizza Hut again if they were pay me.”
