“I ordered the New tavern cheese BBQ with pepperoni and sausage. Too much bbq on it makes it too sweet.😑😠🤦 I also ordered 6 bone in wings the delivery forgot my wings🤦. So he's going back to get them and bring them to me. Never again. I wouldn't recommend. I just waste my money.”
“I would give them zero stars if option. Ordered much-advertised tavern pizza from pizza hut on Fordham dr in va beach on 7/25/24. Overcooked, dried up, disgusting pizza. Very rude emp at drive thru. Trying to get my money back. Filed complaint with corporate to no avail. Supposedly waiting for district mgr to contact me. Hasn't yet. App to post concern doesn't generate response. Don't waste your money on pizza from this store.”
“Ordered online LG hand tossed cheese pizza light sauce and an order of cheesy breadsticks
Pizza was not light sauce and over cooked hard as cardboard like it was leftover from yesterday very disappointed”
“I have enjoyed the new tavern style pizza. Unfortunately, each time I have ordered it comes different than what the description states. I want what I order not what they want to make. If this happens again I will go to another chain.”
“Very bad experience with Pizza Hut especially Hazmieh branch.I ordered pizza at 4 but didn’t get it .The employees are not professional. The manager of the branch isn’t either. They are putting the blame on the driver who is a toter. I don’t recommend Pizza Hut to anyone.I’ll be talking with the head office on Monday.Shame on you Pizza Hut.”
“First online order missed up. I had to call in pizza. Second got taco pizza with no toppings so they remade me one and put sausage in the taco pizza instead of hamburger. Not happy.”
“Never have any pizza no matter when I order. Had to go the store to get mushrooms cause we're out one time. How can you be out of pizza. Dubois pizza should close down.”

“Went to Hereford - staff attitude was appalling, food came out in drubs and drabs because they had put the order through incorrectly- it was a big problem apparently as she huffed and puffed at us when we had to keep asking for the things we had ordered ! We are 60+ and had 3 x 10 yr old well behaved boys with us. Not impressed at all”
“This was the worst PH pizza ever. Thin crunchy crust is not any more...it was thinking and soggy.. Fid you change your sauce? It tasted too much like straight tomato sauce..
Terrible....I'll stick with Cassano's from now on”
“New York style pizza= No just no. Too doughy and way too much sauce! Horrible thing not to mention the heartburn from all the sauce! Do yourselves a favor and stop it. Stick with what you know and stop competing with the other guys.”
“The service that I received today was horrible. The so called manager kept hanging the phone up on me. They said that our order was delivered and it never was. I had to leave out my house being very tired from traveling because of horrible customers service. This is Locust grove Georgia location. I will never go to that location again.”
