“Customer service is shocking. No response to email, no response to form that was filled out on website and waiting to speak to a live person to over an hour, as can be seen in screenshots. They use review bots to post reviews about themselves to make themselves look better than they actually are. All flowers are delivered in a box via royal mail, regardless of whether you select the flowers in a box or not.”
“I received these tulips this afternoon which should have been delivered last Thursday. After I placed them in the vase they all all drooped. I’m very very disappointed. I’m currently tested positive for Covid and friend hoped this would cheer me up. It’s very disappointing.”

“I placed an order for some flowers for next day delivery - very much the same experience as the previous customer. This was the second time I had used prestige for a next day delivery - with exactly the same result - I will not make the same mistake again. As the customer below states - they use ROYAL Mail as their courier knowing they can not honour next day deliveries - they may be fine for long-lead orders - but will never ever use again. I believe they know their orders and timelines will not be achieved. I know now the flowers when they arrive will be wilted already. The reviews on this site are accurate which leads me to suspect the reviews on their own site are not.”
