Flowers turned up 3 times. Each time dead flowers after 1 day. Don’t waste your money. There rubbish and do not reply to messages stay clear

Huge disappointment Ordered for mothers day. Packaging and presentation well however quality of £50.00 bouquet of flowers was poor. The quantity of the bunch was no where near worth £50.00. Very small amount of flowers for the price and they had all wilted by Tuesday despite following the advised care so now put into bin. I thought i would have got a decent, well put together arrangement of flowers however it was the complete opposite. I have brought better flowers from the supermarkets which lasted 2-3 weeks. I will go back to the supermarkets from now on as this was a massive disappointment for my mother and myself as I ordered them thinking it was going to be money well spent. Guys I would not waste my money on prestige flowers they are not worth it what so ever. Take my advice and buy from somewhere else. Following my review, prestige flowers replied. They requested photos however unable 2 forward any as none was taken due to the poor quality hence was not excited to take photos. As i stated previously flowers put into bin 2 days after delivery. Customer services stated they will send me another bunch!  Surly companies give you an option as to wether you would prefer a refund or another delivery? Well I await this delivery and will be taking photos of this bunch for sure. £50.00 is a lot of money to throw away when unsatisfied with your order. Prestige flowers state due to the government/corona virus, can send flowers for delivery 1st may as Dpd unable 2 deliver. Can't understand this as I see numerous dpd on my street delivering still so very strange. This company is a dodgy one and they know there flowers are poor quality hence why never provide a refund unless u take radical action. As they would be providing refunds regularly 24/7. When and if I do receive this 2nd bouquet of flowers If small amount, limp, mouldy I will take action and report to trading standards as this is taking the biscuit with us all 100%. Won't ever order from these ever again. I honestly don't believe anyone that gives a good review at all. Probably related to the company or work colleagues plus all the 1 star reviews the company replys the same repeated thing. Email them with reference number and they will sort it out! More like email a load of rubbish avoiding a refund. To date it is now the 1st of may 2020 and expecting this so called replacement bouquet of flowers which was appalling on mothers day.  I have not received any communication from prestige flowers regarding this delivery. I emailed them enquiring about this. I have not received a reply as yet. I guarantee I will not receive this and will take this incident further. Its now 2nd may 2020 no reply received from these people despite contacting them three times during yesterday. Do not order from these nasty scam artists unless you want to be disappointed. I honestly do not believe these good reviews. Very hard to believe. As these peòple wouldn't behave this way if they treated there customers properly. What goes around comes around and each and every one of these scam artists will get what they deserve. AVOID, AVOID.

Very disappointed as son in Australia had placed the order and I think they count on us not wanting to tell them. As previously, all except the lilies were wilted and never recovered.When I complained they asked for photos which I sent , they then asked for more ,saying that they did not understand me this happened 3 times until I heard nothing more. Do not use this company

My Daughter ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mother's Day when they arrived some of the Roses had brown around the edges also some off the other flowers looked quite wilted, all I can say is hope she didn't pay too much for them because they never lasted 2 weeks & yes I did trim them every second day certainly won't be telling my friends to buy from you a very disappointed Mum

Order a hamper basket a week earlier for delivery on the 3rd April 2020. Order was not delivered in time, tracking history was not updated since Wednesday, have no idea where my order is. It was supposed to be a birthday present to my colleague. Very disappointing. 😩

I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for mother's day (cost: £40.62 after discount coupon). Flower delivery: on-time Flower quality: Appalling. Drooping heads, dead leaves, brown petals. Bouquet size: I ordered large but it was way smaller than their medium Customer service is the same as their flowers....appalling. Very disappointed, ordered hyacinths in tub for my mothers Mother’s Day gift . They arrived on time but very disappointed, no where near in bloom , the box of chocolates consisted of 4 chocolates. This worse part, they had included a black card , had not put my message on the card which caused my mum a lot of distress. She suffers from dementia and the blank card caused her and her carers in the home a lot of stress. The cost of this stress and upset was £38.00 !!!

My son sent me flowers as I was in hospital unfortunately to the wrong address. When informed them of the correct address they were not interested and said they are dead. What customer service is this?

Absolutely RUBBISH!!! Instead of a lovely bouquet for my daughter's 21st birthday, she got a poor bunch of 6 pitiful flowers. I've been offered a £5 refund, despite their website saying 100% satisfaction!

Booked flowers 4 days ago for my mums 89th Birthday today nothing has arrived! Raging phoned prestige to be told could still arrive up to 6pm tonight! Nothing has arrived and can’t speak to Prestige as they are closed at 5pm!!! Poor show 😡 they took money out my account 4 days ago.

Flowers ordered for next day delivery for a bereavement anniversary. Did not arrive that day at all!! It was the afternoon 2 days later. Only after several emails was I offered £10 off a future order ... no chance !! Why would I risk such awful service again. Prestige flowers?? What an absolute joke you are.

I have been using Prestige flowers for two years and up to now no complaints. I know it's a really busy time if the year and we are all trying to get our gift's done asap. I ordered 100 roses for my Mother's Birthday, no complaints with the delivery arrived on the day, however someone can't count?????? she received 26 roses??? where are the other 74???? It's such a shame we have to put our trust and give our money and don't receive what we have paid for. I have a internet business so completely understand how difficult it is to get it right all the time, but you have to make sure you put it right if you get it wrong........ i am waiting for my reply from Prestige flowers so lets hope that some human who works for them is about to refund my money??? update will be posted.

Very, very disappointed, with the service and quality of the flowers. First , they arrived 2 days later, the bouquet is so small, and I've paid £10 extra for a deluxe. It makes me wonder , that if I ordered a standard one, she will receive 3 flowers? Very disappointing experience, never use this company again. Please don't waste your money on using this prestige flowers, they are completely rubbish

The second time I've used Prestige Flowers and the second time I've had a problem with my order!! Unfortunately, both times was for the same recipient and there won't be a third!! The first time, the cake I ordered to accompany the flowers I purchased was not delivered, Although refunded it still leaves a gap in planned gift. The Second time the flowers were delivered late and arrived the day after my aunts 90th Birthday. This was despite ordering well in advance. They use a third party for deliveries and hide behind their Ts&Cs if your order is late (unless you pay extra) there's no guarantee they will be delivered when expected. My advice is to avoid and order elsewhere!!!

Worst company ever. Website looks amazing and good deals on there. So I ordered flowers for my wife birthday and they never arrived. I woke up with An email from Royal Mail we’ve missed you and left a card. But there is no card and no sign of flowers. Spent an hour hold with Royal Mail and they advised me it can Be only delivered next day or be collected at depot end of day. What a nightmare. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DONT GIVE A DAM. they don’t have a customer service line and email support insist on attempted delivery and no resolution was provided.

I ordered a £60+ bouquet and on the day of delivery had a text and an email from Royal Mail saying that they had tried to deliver but no one was in. The flowers were now ready for collection from their depot! My friend had to go and fetch her flowers! I contacted Prestige Flowers through their website as the telephone number is an 0844 number, which meant a delayed response. They kept telling me that the flowers had been delivered which of course they had not. They really were not bothered and did not offer a resolution. I won't use them again.

Ordered flowers for my Wife on our anniversary they arrived Day late, the gift card blank ,the balloon was a Mother’s Day one and the roses dead not worth ten pound but I paid forty five please don’t waste your money

This company is a complete joke. I ordered some flowers for mothers day, They were delivered squashed in the box and most of the flowers were dead. I can't begin to tell you how disappointed i am. Will never order from this company again and advise other people not to waste their money either...

My daughter posted me Mother's Day flowers, but they didn't arrive until today, 2 days after Mother's Day. So, of course, the roses were past their best. What is your policy when delivering to The Western Isles, Scotland? If we get an inferior service due to our postcode, should you be delivering here at all? I am interested to know your response.

Very disappointed with the bouquet that was delivered to my mum for Mother's Day, there was a strong smell of stagnant water and all the roses were dead, the gift card and chocolates were sodden as the box was upside down. E-mailed to complain, was offered and rejected a replacement bouquet, after a few e-mails back and forth they have agreed to a full refund which I should get within 3-5 working days.
