“Fast fulfillment of orders, the right parts for our equipment, shipments arrive intact. Prices are a little high it seems for the parts purchased, but can't find alternatives.”

“Great, as usual. The transformer for the UV light on my PondMax filter went out. I was able to quickly locate what I needed on the website but had a question as the photo didn’t quite match what I had. The employee I talked with was knowledgeable and explained a design change for the part. I placed my order on line and it shipped an hour later, arriving two days later. Couldn’t ask for more.”

The instructions for this unit were contradictory and incomplete but PIK responded within minutes (on a Sunday) with the correct information and had our new pond up and running in no time.
