“#Plumingforce DO not deal with this Cowboy Company, Very unprofessional and no Complaints procedure I talked to a Mike who claimed to be a manager and rather than listening to a valid complaint became aggressive and hung up on me - they will loose business for the sake of there 1 hour fee, Engineer only out for 15 minutes of this and refused to rebook.”

“Don't use them. Very expensive and rude on the phone when I had a query . I specifically asked them to call me before doing work but they didn't. £300 to change a ball cock !!!!!! NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN”

“Rang up for a non urgent appointment to fit a gas hob, and was told someone would come that day and sure enough 2 hours later the engineer arrived. Cant praise him enough.. quick efficient and helpful. Fantastic job! I have tried other gas/plumbers in the past but this service was leagues above.”

“Terrible experience, twice my boiler service got cancelled because the engineer was stuck on a job. I didn't dare wait in again on day 3 for the inevitable to happen again. The visits are clearly poorly organised. The Resolutions Manager was 'too busy' to take my call I can honestly say I have never been so cross with a company. Please don't waste your time, the company is not as professional as their website looks.”

“Very very very bad service I booked an appointment with this company for a work abt gas leak in the house they took my whole details of card an all booked an appointment for me an at the end after 3 hrs later they call me back and say they can't come on the day. On top they are saying to me plz go through our guidelines. Very very very bad derive I wold have not given them a 1 star also if there was zero before . Never will recommend anyone .”

“Ref Boilerman in Bradford West Yorkshire. I have a number of houses and flats.. I rang Boilerman the day before my last gas certificate ran out. No problem ,,, Boilerman helped me out straight away.. Even attended the property on a Saturday, last.. Excellent service. and at a competitive price too. Stoneways Properties . Bradord.”

“Booked for a boiler service at a cost or £118 arrived over 2 hours late started the service then was told I had a leak he shut the gas of and told me to get in touch with the national grid before leaving boiler was not serviced.To say they are supposed to be corgi registered gas engineers you would think they would be able to fix the problem but customer service seems to be non existent.2 days without heating got a proper gas engineer in found the leak which was on the boiler now up and running.calling this company cowboys is to polite”

“This Company shouldn't be in Business. BEWARE. ABSOLUTE COWBOY's I used them to investigate a problem with my Central Heating. Although they came within 3hours they misdiagnosed the problem, charging for a part that worked prefectly well together with a Labour charge that is downright obscene & after a £120 + vat call out charge as well! The Problem persisted but when I called I was told that if it wasn't a misdiagnosis I would be liable for another call out charge! A Independant Engineer verified the misdiagnosis & was traced to a faulty pump, £85 to replace + his labour..... basically less than 25% of the rip off charge that these bandits charged. Various attempts to contact via e mail to discuss the misdiagnosis & costs associated have fallen on deft ears. I paid by CC so will take the issue up with my CC Company. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.”

“BE WARNED, booked a plumber as needed one ASAP, they said they would be with me that afternoon, got a call saying that plumber was held up & wouldn't be with me that evening, rebooked the next day, I had to ring them the next day late afternoon to find out where plumber was only to be told again that plumber is held up & wont be with me that evening, i was told it was rare for this to happen, wish i had read reviews first as i can see from the reviews this is not rare & happens all the time. I cancelled them only to discover that they had placed on hold the initial fee for the job even though they did not attend and it took over a week for the funds to be made available to me again - SO NO PLUMBER AND FUNDS PUT ON HOLD FOR A WEEK - I WILL NEVER CALL THIS FIRM AGAIN AND YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.”

“Stuart arrived within the hour of me phoning,on a Friday afternoon,gave me a estimate to which I agreed,returned on Monday morning and fitted a new gas supply pipe efficiently,politely,and cleaned up afterwards.top job well done.”

“I called at 14:00 for a heating engineer to come and sort out my heating that was not working. The web site says that someone will be with you between 1-3 hours, the engineer eventually arrived at 18:45hrs who had travelled from his last job which was Twickenham, I was in Milton Keynes. Give the engineer his due, he found the problem fairly quickly but did not have the part on his van. Due to the weekend upon us the engineer kept to his word and came first thing on Monday. His working ethic was great and his work was clean and tidy. He didn't try and spend more than necessary doing the job, mind you he did have to travel to Slough for his next job.”
