“Great response which was exactly what I was looking for! In the situation of my boiler being down, I was expecting to pay a little more for an emergency call out. I cannot fault the service from my initial phone call to the engineer leaving! Thanks”

“Called on the Thursday and an appointment was arranged for the next day, Time slot given was the normal 8 to 1pm ....and engineer arrived at 9.30. He did call to say he was on his way and was approx 20 minutes away. Very pleasant, helpful , explained the issues and solutions available for my boiler Pricing is very fair and reasonable ..would certainly recommend .”

“Plumbingforce responded very quickly to my problem of a leaking basin, which I could not handle as the half-pedestal was so tightly sprung that I could not move it. The engineer, Stephen Doyle, removed it within minutes, fitted the new tap and completed the job in just under the initial hour, so I didn't have any extra to pay. He was very pleasant, tolerated my dog 'helping' him and left everything very tidy. I shall certainly use Plumbingforce again. Excellent value for money.”

“Gary Tsitsis was extremely helpful. Excellent service. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and gave excellent advice regarding a warranty we didnt know existed on the faulty boiler we could use. This was for our 90 year old mum who had no heat/hot water. We would use him again in an instant”

“Contacted Plumbing Force in order to have my gas meter uncapped, their engineer Matt turned up within an hour...He was very professional...He knew exactly what to do but also told me what was wrong with my Vaillant boiler...He truly deserved a gold star for being very patient & very handsome!!!”

“Brilliant service, came out super quick when I woke up to having no heating or hot water. The engineer David Maxwell was super efficient, helpful and polite. Got everything back up and running and gave me some good advice going forward and advised how long it would take to get the part in should it need replacing in future. Very pleased”

“Stephen was great, very friendly and found the fault that was causing the leak I suspected. Luckily for me he was able to move the washing machine and I think that took about 90% of the time he was here as it was properly jammed in to a very tight space! He temporarily sorted things so the leak stopped but did not carry the required spare part. In the event I think this was for the best. He gave some good advice for when I search for a new machine.”
