“My 5 stars purely goes to the engineer who came out ,Matt from Warickshire .He was extremely polite and quick to sort the problem .Sadly I found the call centre not to be as helpful and they really were not bothered that my appointment was put back so much .Matt is an asset to Plumbingforce .Thank you Matt”

“Phoned this company at 10am on Saturday morning as we had a major sewerage leak backing up through kitchen sink and toilet, was told that a plumber would be with us before 1pm, no show from anyone, received a call at 1.30 pm to say that a plumber would now be with us before 1pm on the Sunday, nobody turned up and no phone call to explain why, had to get another company to assist this morning ( Monday ) and problem was solved within two hours, I have to say that when I phoned plumbing force this morning to ask for a refund of £118.00 which was taken from my account the receptionist was very apologetic and polite and returned our money forthwith, not a company that I will contact again I am afraid .”

“Very disappointed with the service I received. I phoned Plumbingforce this morning and was promised that a plumber would be with me between 10 and 1pm, calling me 30 mins before. At 12.50 I called to find out where the plumber was and I was told they were running behind schedule. I was then called 5 mins later to say they were unable to get anyone out to me until Monday. We were then left without any heating or hot water for the whole weekend. Very poor communication and poor service. I would definitely not recommend this website.”

“Steve was excellent, very helpful, turned up a bit late but had already called to let me know he was stuck in traffic. Only gave 4 stars as problem was going to be too expensive to repair. Steve was very honest and made some helpful suggestions as to how to resolve the problem.”

“Very happy with the assessment of what was wrong, and it was fixed very quickly. Also Steve helped me with some explanations of "plumbing"that I needed to know, as I am not from UK. Altogether very professional and friendly.”

“Keith was great. He arrived promptly, had the knowledge and knew that boilers that fail can be very expensive to repair. So I am sure he would have fixed it on the day but obtaining parts that had failed were not on the shelf so only left leaving me with a wait for the parts and another visit by a plumber to fit them. Your service is then the best that can be achieved without a whole factory of spares on board your van. Thanks again...David.”

“We returned to a very cold house the night after our wedding and quickly realised that the hot water was not circulating through the heating system even though the boiler fired up. A phone call to Plumbingforce the next morning resulted in a promise that we would be contacted with a time for a visit by 3pm. That call came at 1.30pm and the engineer arrived at 3.15pm. Fortunately he carried a spare pump and valves, and was able to drain down the system, change the pump, fill up and re-commission in just two hours. Ben kept me informed and explained the procedure as he went along, without attempting to waffle or baffle with bullshit. A very clean, efficient and polite gentleman who would get a lot more of my business if he did not live so far away. A very satisfactory outcome. Thank you.”

“Had an awful experience with this company, they are bully’s who will try and intimidate you I rang to speak to the office about a concern I had about work completed the previous day, the “manager” I was put through to, wouldn’t even let me speak, as soon as I started speaking she called me liar, she wouldn’t even listen to me without jumping to conclusions about what I was trying to say, the “manager” kept coughing down the phone at me which was truly disgusting and when I asked her to stop, she screamed at me and told me that I was out of order and told me to email! Surely a more professional company and “manager” would have actually listened to what I had to say without constantly interrupting me calling me a liar, investigate and come back to me, this “manager” was just completely rude and unprofessional to a customer, I didn't even get a chance to actually tell this person what the actual concern was as she cut me off when I first starting speaking by calling me a liar after I had hung up the phone, the "manager" then rang me back to gloat at me and when again I tried to explain what had happened she wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say, I have never worked with such an unprofessional company, my 7 year old daughter knows how to deal with people better than this “manager” shocked to say the least that someone would actually behave this way – just reminded me of a school bully – Stay away from this company – totally unprofessional.”

“Steve came out to us at 8 in the evening(we live in Bristol and he lives in Whitney, oxford) to look at our boiler. He instantly knew the problem but had no parts to fix it there and then. He said he would source the part first thing in the morning for us. As promised, he rang us up again in the morning and due to work commitments volunteered to come in on Saturday to fix it. A very honest and commited gentleman who was polite and obviously cared about the customer. Highly recommend him.”

“Unqualified plumbers who rob people for their money. If you like to throw your money out of the window book these cowboys today! Plumbers don't show and are not qualified to fix anything. On top charge you money for doing nothing.”

“Apart from a confusion over the time of booking we were happy with the way our boiler flue replacement was handled. Polite and competent engineer. On the expensive side, but overall a job well done.”
