“For crying out loud whatever you do DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS. They ripped off my mum and they've been reported to the police and trading standards are looking in to it. She called these unscrupulous rogue traders out to fix a boiler leak, when they left the boiler was still leaking, but they did bill her over £2000 to fix a pipe she didn't want fixing! They pressure sold her into doing it, telling her if she didnt they would cap it off and leave her with no electric or water over the weekend. Worse than that when I checked the bank statements, they've taken more money than they invoiced. I have never come across a trader who I would recommend less than this evil bunch of thieves and rogues. How dare you do what you did to my parents.”

“I needed a plumber to fix a leak on a Saturday, I paid £99 which I thought was very reasonable. They gave me a 3 hour window for the engineer to come but they called me at 3pm to say they couldn't get to me until Monday! Having had to switch the main water supply off this was not an option so I asked that they refund my money. I had trouble and limited time to find another company on a Saturday, not impressed!!!”

“My girlfriend and I came back from our holiday to a leaky boiler and the pressure kept dropping- called the company who were very quick and polite on the phone who managed to get us booked in for today. We had Dave M who came to the rescue ! Very polite, friendly and efficient. He didn't just fob us off with extra charges as previous plumbers have because it's two women living together- he was genuine and explained exactly what the issue was and showed the issue to both of us and the failed the part also and explained to us why it had failed. His visit wasn't uncomfortable or awkward and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Dave ! Ya ledge !”

“The engineer just left an hour ago, he was asked to remove the toilet and clear the drainage. He said the toilet is removed, and there is access to the sewage. However, the toilet is still there, such as the debris etc. Plumbing force advised us we need to call a sucking company. I contacted the sucking company and they said they only suck the water out, so the next day we would have the same problem again. The debris can only be taken out by rodding. Which was not done by Plumbing force.”

“I asked for an installation certificate for a boiler in a flat I was selling. When the chap came round he said he couldn't do that as they didn't install the boiler. He went way & said it was no problem & he would cancel the job. I then noticed they had charged £102 to my card. I telephoned to complain & the lady said they still charge for the callout even though they hadn't done the job. She also gave me the email adress for someone called Michelle in their complaints department. This is sharp practice & I'm going to report them to Watchdog”

“Good service. Booking through the office was fast and efficient. Andy the plumber turned up on time, friendly and professional, talked me through what was required and the job was completed quickly and the area left tidy on completion. First time I've used Plumbing Force and will do again in future.”

“Steve the engineer was helpful and cheerful from the moment he arrived to disconnect my elderly Mum's gas cooker. He explained exactly what he would be doing and even cleaned around and behind the cooker area for me, even though I offered to do it. Because I had paid for an hour, he also checked Mum's warm air heating boiler and although he said it was safe and working well, suggested I get it serviced. Steve and his approach to his work is a rare thing nowadays and it was much appreciated.”

“The main office paid attention to my request that someone be sent out who knew the boiler and water heating brands and would be able to work on them without issue. The attention to time and date of the appointment was very important to me. Ben called to let me know that he was stuck in traffic and made every effort to keep me informed. Once at our house, he was professional, efficient and got the work done na reasonable amount of time. He also explained very clearly what the issues were.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I RANG AT 8.30 TO SAY MY BOILER WASNT WORKING AND WAS TOLD AN ENGINEER WOULD CALL BETWEEN 9 AND 12 THAT DAY. AT 11.40 THEY RANG TO SAY HE WOULDNT BE COMING, AND TO EXPECT HIM BETWEEN 12 AND 3. AT 2.50 I RANG THEM AND WAS TOLD THAT THE ENGINEER NOW WASNT COMING AT ALL THAT DAY. I HAD WAITED IN ALL DAY AND NOTE THAT NO ONE RANG ME. THEY SAID THEY WOULD MAKE ME A PRIORITY FOR THE NEXT DAY. THE FOLLOWING DAY NO ONE ARRIVED BY 10.00, SO I RANG THEM AGAIN AND THEY SAID THEY HAD NO ONE AVAILABLE ON THAT DAY NOW BUT SOMEONE WOULD COME THE FOLLOWING DAY. AGAIN NO ONE RANG ME. I CANCELLED THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCAPABLE OF MEETING THEIR PROMISES. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DISHONEST, UNRELIABLE, INCAPABLE OF MEETING THEIR OWN STATED PROMISES, INEFFICIENT AND COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY. THEIR ISNT A BARGEPOLE LONG ENOUGH THAT WOULD MAKE ME CONSIDER USING THEM AGAIN. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY.”

“AWFUL SERVICE Plumber didn't show in alloted time as his job overran so we were moved from 8am to supposedly 3pm. I ended up cancelling and calling a reliable company.”
