“Very friendly plumber - Steve pointed out all the issues with job carrid out by unqualified plumber. Explaned everything in detail and removed the incorrectly plumbed in tap to allow work continue. Polite, friendly and a credit to your company”

“Do not use this company under any circumstances. Plumber who attended a leaking hose connection between the feed pipe and the washing machine was clueless. Changed a washer and left after 15 mins and I was charged over £120.00. The leak was not fixed. He came back a day later than arranged and changed the hose. First time I started the washing machine water started spouting out at the back where he hadn't connected the hose properly as he didn't even pull the machine out to do the connection. Getting a reliable, real plumber out tomorrow to do this simple job correctly. Don't waste your money on these crooks.”

“After waiting in for the whole day to be told that the engineer couldn't visit until the next day, was obviously quite frustrating, but the overall experience from the actual plumber once he was here was brilliant. He was friendly, competent and explained things as he went along. Problem fixed within the hour which meant no additional labor costs. The service is quite pricy but having an engineer who was so lovely, kind of makes up for it.”

“I reviewed this previously and said that I had been charged a call out fee when the plumber did nothing as he advised me to get my insurer to work on it. In fact I can see from my credit card that I was also charged 1 hr labour. So £240 for waiting around all day for the plumber to not do anything. Disgusting!”

“Charged for the call out up front, when their fitter arrived (without bringing any equipment in to the house) he had a quick look at the report the National Gas Emergency service fitter had left then checked the meter had a quick look at the offending boiler and told me because the meter was sealed off he couldn`t touch anything. A total ripoff I would not touch them with a barge pole. The service was a total waste of time.”

“Steve in Oxfordshire is awesome! He is very joyful person and fixed the problem in a second! He has also checked our house gas system thoroughly, like leakage, and noisy in the heating system. And he also tells the way to solve the problem in our centre heating system. Many thanks to him.”

“Excellent service to an emergency repair. Plumber Sam out within 2 hours following updates from service centre. Sam was very professional, polite and a pleasure to have in the house. Happy for me to watch the repair answering my questions as the repair progressed. High quality repair and made sure boiler, radiators all functioning before he left.”

“I called the Control/Call centre in the morning to report a leaking shut-off valve. I also mentioned I had no hot water or heating. The operator advised I would have an engineer between the time of my call and 4pm. They said I would also be contacted when the plumber was on their way.... I heard nothing and at 4pm I called again to be told they would contact the engineer and call me back. I heard absolutely nothing from them after that?! I was extremely disappointed with this service & would advise anyone else to think twice before using this service.... plus they also took my credit card details when I booked the call..??? Fortunately I managed to contact a local plumber who attended and fixed the problem in no time at a fraction of the cost quoted by the call centre.”

“They were able to help within 2 hours. There was additional work that needed to be done and the quoted price was too high however I gave them 5 stars as they did help in emergency. Work was neat and clean after.wonderful”

“Call centre got my phone number wrong so the engineer wasn't able to tell me he would be running late, but he still arrived within 4 hours of initial call. Complete strip and clean boiler but was not able to identify any specific cause of the burner not lighting - although in the end it was working perfectly. Expensive, but the engineer (Dave Maxwell) explained what he was doing and why and left the inside of the casing looking neater than it was before - and, of course, we had hot water again.”

“Booked in a boiler service, i was asked the time and day i wanted tgis was freat booked it in. Then i was called to rearrange three times for the same day but eventualy told the engineer could not attend till the next day again was was rearranged he eventualy cane and the service was fantastic the engineer was professional and very friendly i would definitely recommend him.”

“Only had a boiler service but the engineer was brilliant, had a call to ask if he could attend earlier than planned which was no problem. The job was carried out efficiently, the engineer (C. Miller) was friendly and professional. Would definitely use plumbing force again and please to say I was pleasantly surprise given they have a few not so positive reviews on here.”

“I had an emergency call out for an under floor leak, Ricky arrived within the specified 3 hours and called before hand, once located the leak was more extensive than we thought, what could be done on the day was, Ricky returned early a day later to finalise the repair. In all very pleased with the service.”

“1) Did not contact me to tell me that heating engineer would not be coming until I phoned just before closing time. 2) Price of spare part (£385) over double the amount that I could have obtained it elsewhere. 3) Estimate given for 'parts and labour' only included parts. 4) Engineer left water heat on maximum. Lucky not to scald ourselves. 5) No reply to polite email asking for comments. 6) No reply to polite letter sent asking for comments”
