“They advertise an emergency 1-3 hour call out service. I have just phoned them due to an emergency. Only to be told this service is Monday to Friday in office hours! What's the point of that???”

“Good service from both the call centre and the engineer. Clear on charges, which were reasonable too even though it was a weekend callout. Gave me a time slot and kept me informed when the engineer was running late.”

“Just smashed my shower door and said it wasn't their fault - they then took money from my account without authorisation! A simply job ending up costing me £1200. Please for your sake don't use them”

“DO not use - they send out some guy that simply has no idea what he is doing, they then request your payment details as a hold before the callout can be put through - additional charges that are completely unauthorised are then taken out of your account! Complete scam NEVER USE THEM!”

“Turned up with in 1 hour of the call being placed. Efficiently identified the issue and understood that it couldn't be fixed straight away. They ordered the part ie the whole circuit board and returned as promised at the agreed time the next day and fixed the problem.”
