Too expensive. Took two and a half hours to change a wall timer. Plus charge me £170 plus vat. Grand total £470 to change a wall timer that you can get for £60. Don't use them. In my opinion, deliberately go slow to run up the hours.

Extremely terrible service. Never show up when they said they would. Wasted two annual leave days for service. Left without proper hot water for three weeks until we went to another plumber. Still haven't got money back yet for them not fixing anything.

Not impressed! Cost me £25 for a guy to come out to my rented property to check what needed doing to rectify the power shower making a loud noise when in use. Had explained I wanted a price to fix the problem. What I got was him saying that I should contact Mira direct as they could fix it for me. I did this only to be told they could not do it as there is no local isolation means for the shower and Mira can’t drain down the system! Total waste of £25! I wanted Plumbingforce to repair the problem or - if necessary - fit a new shower - not suggest some other company who were unable to do it!!

I contacted your company, as I had a problem ,with my shower and hand basin water not draining away. Chris arrived took one look at the job and said I cannot do it i`am a gas fitter. And we needed someone from sewerage, We said why? as toilet and kitchen were working ok. he just stood there with hands in pockets . and said that the laminated floor would have to come up. He never attempted to try and turn any taps on ,or bring any tools with him. He if we wanted .him to take the floor up, it would take five hours at a cost of £500. which we told was ridiculous, as for sorting the problem out we did it ourselves. As for your employee a useless uninterested waste of space, The sort your!! company should be eager to employ next time should there ever be WHICH WILL NEVER HAPPEN !1 send the POSTMAN, he would more idea. .Too end this note to think I was charged £97.00. for an idiot like that, where is your consultation fee. This is the sort of practice the public do not want.

Engineer was delayed but I was informed so it was not an issue. The problem was a tun dish that allowed drips to escape and wet the floor. The engineer did not look at this but stated that he could see that the problem was the expansion tank bladder had blown so a new cylinder was needed. he said the problem was caused by not being serviced properly by completely draining the tank. He was to quote me for new cylinder and installation. I was not convinced by this as the cylinder does not have an expansion tank nor bladder and the dent he referred to was a slightly damaged outer case, This is not under any pressure and is thin sheet steel. Heatrea Sadia inform me that my cylinder is under warranty still and that my possible problem is an inferior tun dish, weak relief valve on the cold water side. They have offered to arrange an inspection of the cylinder should I wish it. Your engineer left us on good terms, he was pleasant and seemed on face value to be a nice person. I was not impress by his diagnosis and will not be ordering a new cylinder nor using Plumbing force again. Sorry.

I will be phoning again today to discuss why I'm being charged the full amount for a fitting and connection job that wasn't started... Nothing was done so the bill was only to cover the 20min trip to the property presumably. I look forward to hearing from the manager.

The engineer turned up and talked for 20 minutes (voice so loud all the neighbours could hear!) and then did paperwork for 10! Nothing was resolved, talked a whole load of rubbish - in the end I got someone to fix my heating in an hour. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid at all costs! I had this company out to do some work. They replaced a part in my boiler, charged me plenty of money and then left me with no heating. (my heating was working fine before he came). I am then told someone will come back out but if they find it is a new problem, I will be charged the call out fee. (If there is a new problem, it is something they have caused)!!!! Refused to risk them charging me again so called out an independent plumber to be told that the work was not completed properly and he has fixed it for me. I will not be using this company again.

Very Disappointed with the After Sales service provided by Plumbing force. The work carried out by the engineer was of an acceptable standard, However, despite requesting Gas Safe certification at the point of order, following the servicing of my 3 boilers I was notified of remedial works, which in my view were both unnecessary and overpriced, I agreed to this remedial work on the understanding that certificates would then be forthcoming. Unfortunately, you continue to refuse to issue certificates that were promised on a number of occasions. Having had to pay up-front for this service, i now have have no comeback on your organisation.

Scam company! Don’t give them your card details as they will charge you much more than you were expecting I’m awaiting for phone recordings to take the case to the court as I booked an engineer to connect hob only for the client and he was - without my authorisation- investigating the boiler and quoting for new one - instead of 1 hour he issued the report for 3! I should read the reviews before I called them! Please avoid this “company”

Too expensive too long to do the work would never recommend them, was advised needed pipes for a hob we could not use a rubber gas hose connection therefore took hours to fit. If we had known they were going to charge us nearly £600.00 for sink and hob fitted never would have used them

Asked for payment. Over £100 taken with no explanation of what for then didn’t turn up. If I thought you would do the decent thing I would ask for a refund. I know you won’t. Avoid.

Had a broken pipe below my bathtub which was fixed fine. The bath is enclosed so he had to break the tiles to access below the bath. This was fine and he offered to replace the tiles with some spares he found beneath the bath. Within 4 hours these tiles had buckled under their own weight. Rang up to ask them to come and fix it and was told rather rudely by call agent Will they are plumbers not tilers. Then failed to offer any explanation for why the plumber attempted to fix the tiles if he was unable to do the job properly. Now have to pay to have it fixed out of my own pocket. DO NOT USE

Not very good on keeping appointments. Cancelled twice with just a hours notice on each appointment! And to make matters worse! The engineer gave the wrong diagnostics of the fault on the boiler! And with a extortionate price to repair it. £400 was quoted to repair it plus labour! I got a local plumber and he repaired it for £80, so not very happy with the services that ye supply! Ratings out of O to 10 . O.

Very unimpressed with your service. We needed a blocked toilet clearing quickly. We were continually told over the phone that somebody was coming at a particular time but over two days and still nobody coming, we cancelled our booking and went with Dyno. They came very quickly and on a Sunday! Excellent service and no more expensive than your quoted price!

I am unable to review the actual plumbing service as, after a wasted afternoon due to a call at 5.30pm to say plumber unable to attend, I re-booked and I've now wasted a morning too - and still no plumber. I cannot recommend Plumbing force due to terrible service - no service.

Paid £94.80 for him to spend less than half hour at the premises, shake his head and tell me we need a camera to look behind panels. He didn't have one and said he will have to hire one. Do I pay for that? No he said and I'll be back tomorrow. 4 days later after chasing them up I am told camera hire will be at my expense ( £100 ) and denies saying he would pay. Awful, untrustworthy service and I will be charging back for the initial cost. Avoid.

10 days after first visit of the boiler repair man, still without heating and hot water or working stove, and over £1,200 pounds in invoices from Plumbing Force (after initial assessment of £450) - all for boiler "repair", we had to go to another service provider. Terrible experience.
