We already knew that our problem was that we needed a new Kitchen tap and radiator Valve. Plumbing force charged us £100 for 20 minutes to tell us what we already knew. No work was done as he was unable to source what we needed that day. We were then given a quote for over £500 to replace a tap and radiator valve. Ridiculous price! We found a local plumber who did the Whole job for £100 (the price of plumbing force hourly rate!)

An urgent visit was promised by 6pm, then cancelled and changed to the following morning. I then found a local plumber and cancelled the visit. However, the following morning I was called with an apology that the plumber would be late - I repeated that I no longer needed PlumbingForce and had cancelled the previous afternoon. And now I am asked for a review? The plumbing might be good, but the administration is certainly not!

Did not turn up as promised, then arranged to come later in day, then called to say that they could not attend ! Would steer clear as also hourly charge excessively high.

wouldn't use again. Too many reasons to write, Very expensive, and don't hold to their word on how much it costs.RIP OFF

I called for a same day visit as I have a 1 year old and needed our boiler repairing quickly. I was told someone would be here between 1 and 4pm and they would call 30 mins before arriving. By 3.40pm I hadn't received a call so I had to chase and was told someone would contact me. Approximately 4pm someone called to say the engineers van had experienced a problem and he wouldn't be with me today. I was offered an appointment the next day. I was really disappointed that the appointment was cancelled so last minute and we had to go without hot water and heating overnight with a 1 year old baby.

Just seems the focus was on collecting the 90+vat and nothing else. Engineer told me what I already knew and left and I paid £118 for the pleasure. We will never use your “service” again nor will we recommend you to any of our friends.

The plumber was polite and helpful but I’m very disappointed with your service. I paid a lot of money for someone to tell me they can’t sort out the problem. You advertise that you can fix all these problems but you don’t have the equipment or expertise. You should make it clear the limited service you offer as I feel I’ve wasted £100.

An engineer came to check my faulty boiler last week and recommended a part had to be replaced. He said I would get a quote stating the cost of the new part so the job can be completed. However, I have been waiting for a week for a simple quote that I still haven't received. I've been in contact multiple times with customer service and they keep telling me they'll send the quote over the same day. They have failed to send it every time. It seems I have paid for a service that will not be completed properly and I will have to look for another company to restart this process. Very disappointing.

Received a call on the morning of the job saying that the plumber could not attend due to him self isolating which is totally fair enough. However no effort was made to find an alternative plumber and I was informed the job would be cancelled and I should try somewhere else. Clearly not interested in the business.

Absolutely shocking! We have dealt with over 30 gas engineering companies and have never experienced service, customer service, lies, delays, lack of communication, excessive billing and an appliance left in an unsafe state! Having then spoken to Michelle, the 'Resolutions manager' her attitude was appalling. 1 job they attended and told the tenant they needed to go out for a part, then never returned. When we arrived the tenant was still sat waiting. The 'Resolutions Manager' then spoke to the engineer and advised us 'the tenant had to go out' - he was still waiting when we arrived the same day. The 2nd job they attended, capped off the heater but also removed it (containing asbestos) which we never asked them to do and left it propped against a wall with asbestos rope sat on top. They have attempted to charge us an extra £100 for this 'service'! Having spoken to Michelle, clearly very unhappy with the service but polite all the same, she advised me she was going to 'terminate the call'. Wow - steer clear.

Very expensive, tell you your booked in then don’t turn up , trying telling you it was booked for next day when it wasn’t, don’t worry manager will phone you see if we can knock something off price to make up , then never phone you! Take my advice use someone other than this lot very very poor company

Called on Friday morning about a leak. They initially said that someone would come within three hours, but then postponed it due to an over-running job. I asked them to rebook for Saturday morning. They phoned at half 12 to postpone for a later slot. They finally phoned again at quarter to 5 to say that the engineer wasn't going to make it until Monday and would I like to rebook for Monday morning! I wouldn't count on their same-day service. Feeling very disappointed by this service.

Unfortunately very poor experience. Really easy to book (great) but first day nobody tuned up (and didn't inform us) so wasted a days annual leave. After the re-scheduled appointment they have made our metres wonky, so they are now sideways (I didnt check in fairness, but didnt think would need to!). Lastly we are still waiting for follow-up options and costs seven days later. Would not use again

Incompetent engineer over ran the hour consequently payment for2 hours to clean the flue in a Gazco Fire.(previously with other companies annual cleaning takes approx 45 minutes or less ) replacement part needed which he said he would order ,we've heard nothing in over 4 weeks and will now need to pay for further inspection in order to identify and fit replacemnts.dreadful..
