“The installation rating was actually very good, worthy of 6 stars, but £300.00, for 2hours and 29 minutes seemed expensive. We were relieved that he was unable to refit the separate fitted door-front, because this would have tripped us into a further £60.00 half hour charge.”

“The initial promised visit didn't take place, and I had to ring again to find out what was going on. The result was a call that evening from a plumber from a different area who had been asked to remedy the situation. He promised a time of arrival the next morning which he kept to (particularly commendable as he had a very long journey to reach me ), and worked competently and efficiently to rectify the problem and to check the heating system as a whole - beyond the call of duty, I felt! He was excellent, and fully compensated for the previous day's mess-up.”

“The original booking was made for Saturday morning between 10:00 - 13:00, but unfortunately the engineer arrived @ 16:00. I must admit i was a little myth as to way the engineer proceeded to further cut into the worktop when it had already been cut into by the previous engineers. The same hob had been fitted previously so it already was the correct shape. So i really can't help but think this was to make sure the time would exceed the 1 hour. So the total price came to £215 when i was only expecting maximum £160 - £170. Other than that the engineer did a good job.”

“RUBBISH Booked a plumber at 8:30am to fix my boiler, was asked if I wanted AM or PM service, I asked for AM, waiting in all morning got a call just before 12 to say he was delayed would arrive in the afternoon, 3:15 got a call to say their engineers were too busy. So waited in all day, boiler still not fixed and offered an engineer tomorrow morning, rather than waste another day I found a local plumber who arrived in 15 minutes spent 10 minutes, fixed it and charged me £45 call out. Minimum charge would have been £95 with a total lack of service from Plumbing Force. My advice.......don't even ring them.”

“I have just been scammed by this company. They have charged me £180 for doing nothing apart from leaving a quote. The plumber arrived without any parts so it was clear he had no intension of carrying out any repairs but they have still charged me. When I phoned to complain a girl called Michelle was very rude and hung up on me twice. NEVER USE PLUMPING FORCE they are a complete rip off!!!”

“The problem was with the ignition for the fire place. Now we can lit up the fireplace using a match instead of the original spark. Problem solve for the moment but not fixed completely which would have been to replace the ignition. They don't bring spare parts (even a small part like the ignition) to replace the faulty one saying that they would have to come back another time and charge extra. ????? I paid £120+vat to clean the ignition. I find it unfair and costly.”
