“Very happy from booking enquiry to job completed on the same day. Office staff was polite and very helpful was surprised by how quick my enquiry was dealt with considering the time before 8am. Plumber contacted me to let me know when he would arrive. He was great talked me through everything and completed the job within the hour. Fantastic service from start to finish. Thank you.”

“Shocking company, visited our property 2 hours late on a Friday for an emergency leak, told us they needed to order a specialist part and would be back, despite 4 calls to their office over the next 2 days we have not had a return visit or a phone call from them, we managed to get an independent plumber out on the Tuesday who fixed the leak immediately, he was with us for half an hour and the problem was solved, Plumbingforce never came back to me, that was 3 weeks ago, absolute cowboys”

“Not really a plumbing job, just needed to carry a new washing machine upstairs. Previous machine renewals had been accomplished by self and wife but wife no longer able to put much effort into it so needed another pair of hands.”

“The service was very good. The plumber confirmed he was on his way and gave me his estimated time of arrival. He was efficient in his work, leaving the bathroom very clean when he had finished.”

“Victor who came to check and install the fire was very efficient, made no mess and showed me how it worked as it was slightly different from the previous model. The only snag was it took a couple of weeks to get the fire as Plumbingforce had delivery problems - however everyone I spoke to during that time was helpful, explained why and he did come a day earlier than agreed and I was told. I hope very much never to have to use them again but I would should the need arise.”

“Matt came round on Monday and the issues were sorted by him on Wednesday. Booking process was easy and Susan booked me in quickly. All very polite and friendly, would recommend. Was pricey but now I have hot water when it's -2 degrees outside, can't complain as it was sorted very quickly. All people contacted were friendly and approachable.”
