Dreadful service. We waited in for 8 hours in total with booked time slots, and no plumber showed up during this time. When we called the office we kept being given new time slots with no apology. Cancelled their services and they didn't seem bothered.

I had very very very bad experience with Plumbing Force entire team. The Plumber called Daniel came and gave the quotation to replace three toilets and hot water boosting pump in my home for GBP 1105. the front office said when booking plumber, they will charge only half of the amount and rest will be charged based on work. But They charged 1105 on my card on first day itself. Daniel fixed three toilets and gave the invoice for 1057. and as he said he will come another day to fix the pump. the first day itself, two of the toilets started leaking and they are not screwed to the floor, so they started moving.. 2nd day he came and he fixed the leakage in the toilet and fixed booster pump (Without testing for hot water) and left in between the work for lunch and said he will come back in an hour. he never came back. we suffered without hotwater in the house with two little kids for three days. I almost did a fighting with front office to get him back to remove the pump from the house as it is not serving the purpose. he has taken the pump back and said they will refun the cost. this happend in Mid june. they keep on charging my card with out asking me, they chnarged three times for around 600£, not sure for what they did. If i call front office, they are saying to send details to after sales through email. I keep on sending the mails, but there is no response. there is a manager in after sales team called Michelle talks very badly. I had very bad experience with entire team, please don't use their services. Daniel said they will collect the waste from the house as well, he kept all the removed toilets in front of the house, it was there for 2 weeks, when i called front office, they said they don't have any service like that. Then i have booked skip and removed all the waste. they don't have any health and safety measures. he made my house as mess. we have served him with Nice Tea, but he did very bad to my house. and the response from front office also very very bad. Thanks

The worst company to ever book with! 3 times they’ve cancelled on us and the third time ‘Prince’ tried telling us they had called in the morning to say it was cancelled again! Which is a complete lie, I asked them to confirm the number and they didn’t even have the right number for us! Asked to speak to a manager they lie and say nobody’s there today, you don’t work in a call centre and have no manager available. Don’t book with them their a complete waste of time and don’t have a clue what their doing!

This company is a rip-off company that gets customers to pay for not doing their job. I called one of Plumbingforce engineers to replace my shower, the guy spent 30 minuets without doing the job and left a receipt for me to pay for nothing done. How fair is this and please those out there take note , trust these company at your own risk. He actually enter the wrong time as well , please can someone tell me if they can pay for no job done. I am very disappointed at this and would never recommend such a company rip-off to anyone and their customer services very very poor.

Never Again In February 2018, I booked  with Plumbingforce for an annual servicing of .my boiler which was working fine. The engineer was at the house well over an hour made several phone calls regarding the boiler by the time he finished The boiler which was in working order before he touched it; 1) Could not be switched on by    the thermostat 2)There was no hot water 3) I was told the boiler was too old and needed several parts replacing and it wouldbe cheaper to replace the boiler He then gave me an invoice with the cost for having the boiler replaced over £3000! The cost for the servicing came to £285, and the boiler which was working fine before he touched it now needed to be replaced On leaving the engineer, used a testing procedure on the boiler itself to turn the boiler on he said that it would only stay on for 30 minutes at 90 degrees and the system word shut itself off, he reassured me that it was safe, and that I could  leave it on and go back to work.  The boiler was still going when I return home and the house, it was dangerously hot,I switched the boiler off. The next day I contacted another company recommend to me,. The engineer carried out the annual gas service and the boiler was up and running within 20mins,no parts replaced. The engineer told me there was nothing wrong with the boiler total charge for  this gas servicing £60. I sent a letter of complaint to Plumbingforce  February23rd 2018 which included full details of what happened, the  plumbingforce invoices, Along with a detailed invoice from the engineer who actually   got the boiler up and running.   I did not get a reply from them, I also called them and after giving them the details I was told the manager would call me back, Well after several calls to them I'm still waiting for them to call me back It's now Monday 7th May 2018.

I initially had a good experience. A shower that was continuously flowing and would not turn off was turned off by good bloke sent by plumbing force withing the allotted 3Hr time frame. He stopped the water running and advised what to do next. However, when attempting to book a plumber for the second time the system failed miserably. Day 1 - was told someone would be with us between 9 and 1, didn't happen. No one called us to let us know so I called back and was told they'd have someone with us between 2 and 6pm, didn't happen. Again, no call to say they weren't going to make it. Called back and was told that they'd have someone here in the morning between 9 and 1. Day 2, guess what, no one showed up, no one called to say they weren't available. I called back and asked for immediate refund of deposit paid. If that isn't in my account soon I'll be straight back on here to let you all know! A terrible service, if you get a plumber on time I think that's just luck on the day not adequate planning by plumbing force. At those prices guaranteed appointment keeping should be delivered - they're not cheap!

I ‘booked’ online - actually it was simply a messaging service - no problem with that. On receiving no reply I ran in a couple if hours later to be told that my area - Stockport - was not covered and that the nearest plumber was two hours away. Still not a problem I assumed that I had misread the website. However, on checking, Plumbforce’s coverage map covers the whole of the north of England. And so I rang again to double check to be told that the map needed altering. Very unprofessional and wasted several hours of my time and making it more difficult for me to resolve the problem

Disappointing. Arranged for an emergency heating engineer appointment (4hr window). Waited. Got a call 4 hours later to tell me no one was available until the next day. What’s not clear about the word EMERGENCY?

Booked an engineer for next day by telephone. Took the day off work, and was told engineer over ran so rescheduled. This happened again the next day! so rescheduled again. Today is the 3rd day taken off work. Booked a first call first job 9-12 slot. I rang them at 9 to check if an engineer was coming, and was assured one was on the way. Plumbing force called me at 10:35 to say the engineer was held up on another job so I cancelled the request. So, if you want to lose 3 days wages, be lied to by successive telephone call handlers and be left in the cold, call this company; they're first rate atbeing absolutely useless! You're better off phoning plumbers/gasfitters direct, at least they'll tell you the truth.

As the previous person, I called to make an appointment, I told the lady on the phone my details, i also mentioned I am being treated for cancer and must get my boiler fixed, she told me the prices, booked me for that afternoon, then later on a man called to say they would not be there until the next day pm, He was very abrupt, to the extent I would say he was rude, he also came across as if he was pissed off with something ( maybe me ) I was told by him after he asked how much my quote was, when I told him, he said, "well that's not our emergency quote, that's the std charge", I said "how would i know if no one had said" I managed to get another firm to come out that afternoon, rang this company back, and cancelled. I will never use or promote this company. Christopher Peacher, Norfolk

I called them yesterday 9am. Was told next available slot was 10 till 2. Great. Booked it (boiler repair). In the afternoon they called to say they could not make it, would be 8 till 12 tomorrow. At 12 they rang to say it would be 2 till 6. I've just rang them to cancel it. They are totally unprofessional. The website says same day boiler repair, 1 to 3 hour response. Wish I'd read all the similar reviews before wasting my time with them. Cowboys

Phoned around midday on the coldest day of year was promised engineer by 6pm. Just before 6 they said could not make it. My gripe is why advertise 1 to 3 hour service if they cannot fulfill promises?

Do not touch this company. Boiler broke down, I arranged emergency call out for Saturday 12-4pm. They called 3.30pm to say "delayed" but would get to me by 6pm. They called 5.30pm to say they could not get to me that day, closed Sunday, re-arranged for Monday morning 9-11am. They called Monday 11am to say they would get to me by 3.30pm. They called 3.30pm to say they wouldn't be able to get to me until Tuesday. I then cancelled in despair.

Very bizarre company - avoid!! My boiler stopped working this morning. I phoned and was said they could send someone this afternoon by 4pm. At 4pm I got a call to say they actually couldn't get anyone to me today. By this point I'd read a lot of reviews citing the same experience so decided not to bother rebooking for another day. I am not sure this is even a genuine company. Their website has some basic grammatical errors (always a red flag for something a bit dodgy), and they wanted to take card details over the phone to secure the booking. Also every time I went to the website home page, the contact phone number changed - very odd. In short, avoid these people and find a reputable local tradesperson even if that means waiting a few days.

Awful. Despite an inflated fee compared to a competitor I agreed for them to come and repair my faulty boiler as they said they could do same day before 3pm (competitor said after 3pm) 3pm came and no engineer. I called twice and spoke to 2 rude staff who clearly didn’t give a toss, despite it being the coldest day of the year and I’ve a 4 and 2 year old to be told they couldn’t guarantee a visit. Appalling. I will be checking bank statement to ensure they’ve not taken the staggering £120. Utterly appalled they get away with this.
