My booking was on Friday 8 September from 12-3. No one called me to update me but I called several times to check for updates just to be told you will be called 30 mins before the engineer arrives. No one called me and when I called at 3pm I was told that the engineer would not be able to come to me. My visit was rebooked for today Saturday 9-1pm and I have heard nothing as at 12:30 no eta or anything. I ring to be told that that the engineer called in sick and everyone else is on jobs so I would have to be rebooked again. Surely after yesterday I should have been prioritised for a visit today. I only called you because you offered a next day service! Now I have wasted 7 hours waiting in for absolutely nothing. Totally unreliable service I will not be calling you again and I will be telling everyone I know not to either!!!

""I am very unhappy at the response of the engineers. They failed to turn up, but took the money from my account. The customer service have a serious attitude problem. I advise everone to avoid using this company.

Had an engineer working for my parents that did a private job, charged them £170 not to fix the job, by the way they were not aware that it was a private job, as we expected it to be put through the organisation.

I am ANOTHER very unhappy customer !!! Booked a plumber for no hot water between 8am and 11am and NO ONE TURNED UP! They advised they were running late but would arrive between 11-3pm plumber eventually arrived at 3:30 - couldn't fix the problem so rearranged for Friday at 3, 4:30 he called and cancelled again!! He returned the next day and completed the work but made some very unprofessional comments for example, its a nice day outside today i think ill get a flat tyre this afternoon... he also confessed to arriving late the time before as he decided the have a lie in and was 3 hours late for work!!!

Useless, very unprofessional, cancelled engineer on us twice, took payment in advance and denied it, said they were just 'holding' it!!! Now waiting for refund whilst looking for another plumber! AVOID!!!

What rip off merchants! Charged me £100 to tell me I had a faulty shower. I knew that when I called them. They wanted a further payment to come back and fix it when they had the part. Avoid this company!

We book an appointment to remove old bathtub tap and install a new tap on it. Engineer came during the sechduled time slot. That's nothing to complaint. The bad thing is engineer said he can't remove that old bathtub tape. What..........is that. Engineer can't remove a tape. And he charged me 79£+vat for vist my house......

Booked in an emergency gas engineer on the Thursday, said they would be out between 8-12 on Friday only to receive a call at 11am on Friday saying the engineer was stuck on another job so wouldn't be able to make it. Booked in for the Saturday between 9-1 and then get another call at 11:20 saying the engineer was stuck on another job and wouldn't make it but they could book an engineer for Tuesday. Very poor service.

I waited over 24 hours and had 3 appointments rescheduled. After that I found a local firm who came within an hour

I am ANOTHER unhappy customer !!! Booked a plumber for a burst pipe emergency between 10am and 1pm and NO ONE TURNED UP! I had to re-book for 2pm and 6pm and still NO ONE TURNED UP !! I spoke to someone who claimed to be the customer services manager (MIchelle) who was rude, unhelpful and couldn't care less !!

This company are a bunch of amateurs! The 'Resolutions Manager', Sandra, is rude, unhelpful and definitely needs a day (or five) at Charm School. After I complained about the fact they had made two appointments and kept neither of them, and had nobody available the following day, she promptly told me she was 'cancelling my contract' and refused to give me any further details. She said the MD, Gary Manning, would just laugh at my complaint... Charming encounter!

Scheduling of the appointment was a complete disaster. Called and was promised someone would be there between 10 and 2. At 1pm someone called to say they were delayed and it would be before 6pm. At 5pm someone called to say they couldn't make it today and it would be the following morning giving again a 4 hour window. As I had waited in all day and they had missed two slots I tried to get a more specific time but the lady who called me was particularly unhelpful. She promised the engineer would call 30mins before but he never did. Once someone eventually turned up he was competent and efficient. Shame the same could not be said of the appointment process.

I have 2 rented properties which needed the annual Gas Safety Certificates, and one needed a minor repair to a leak. The work was done, and a few weeks later I noticed payment had been taken from my account the day this was done. I had heard nothing, so I telephoned and asked for the Certificates, and the invoices for my accounts. I was advised they would be emailed, or sent. One month later, I still had heard nothing, so I rang again. I was advised this would be looked into, and they would be sent. I went on holiday, but when I returned, 8 days later, I still had heard nothing. The situation is critical as one tenant is leaving, and I need the Gas Safety Certificate to rent it out again, as well as for legal reasons.

I was promised a visit in 2 - 4 hours. Within that time frame I was contacted to say that nobody would be able to attend at all today. To make matters worse they had already partially put through a payment request for the minimum charge of £94 which results in those funds being ring fenced for their use. This may or may not turn into an authorised payment which I would hen have to pursue through the banks dispute department. This is not in my mind a way to do business.

If you want to be ripped off, need to get another plumber in to fix the job after plumbing-force has meant to do the job, then call them.

1. "Emergency" plumber didn't turn up in the allotted time. 2. Didn't actually turn up at all that day 3. Turned up late the following day - the office said that he had arranged with us to come late (utter rubbish) 4. Didn't have the part, said it would be done on Monday. 5. Didn't actually come back and do the job for two weeks. 6. They take a deposit at the beginning and this comes off the final bill - it didn't come off the bill. 7. They inflated/overcharged for the part. 8. When you complain you just get abuse from something called Melissa, it shrieks, patronises, acts likes a child, hangs up on you and refuses to deal with your problem. I assume it's some sort of automated robot thing, as no company in their right mind would risk hiring someone that incompetent in their customer services department - they should send it back to where it came from. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
