Failed to turn up. Didn't complete the job. I asked for someone to call. But didn't receive any phone call. Asked them to come out to sort the job as it had not been finished and they failed to turn up again. Was told that no one had logged my request for a engineer. Very poor service

I phoned up saying I have a blocked toilet. i was charged £85 for them to come out to unblock it. After an hour the engineer tells me that it is unblocked but slow flowing. The first use of the toilet after he had left, it was still blocked..... I phone up to complain and they tell me that I need a drainage engineer, to which I reply then why didn't you send one out? They replied we aren't drainage engineers... So I am out of pocket for £85 and still with a blocked toilet and these cowboys think that's ok... Will never use again and certainly won't recommend

We booked you for gas hob fitting. You didn't turn up just a phone call from you to say you won't becoming then re-booked for next day and what happened you didn't turn up again, what a useless company . Have cancelled my job and have arranged for British Gas to do the work . I work for a multi national company and will post this to all of over 30,000 people .

Update on my previous bad experience with this Company. After they cancelled my Monday appointment I left work early again on Thursday to receive another message saying they had cancelled once more. Phoned "customer services" to be advised this was because they had sacked the engineer the day before and they had no one else to send (I thought they were a large company). They terminated my job as no prospect of having another engineer in near future. I asked about compensation for my loss of earnings and mentioned that it says "satisfaction guaranteed on their website but they said this only applies to work done. They said I should have read the terms and conditions when I booked - I booked on phone and they did not tell me that - as they can cancel. The second woman I spoke to was very rude and uncaring. I had to give my credit card details when I booked and £94 has been blocked on my account (card company say I cannot cancel this and I just have to hope they do not debit it). Have booked with local gas engineer who offered to come out immediately - should have done this originally. She told me not do bother with a review as "savvy" people do not take any notice of them.

Warning - do not use this company. Last Saturday I booked an engineer (by 'phone as Internet down) for Monday 3-6pm. Left work early to find text message cancelling appointment. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rebooked for Thursday 3-6pm but I have lost money. I asked if they could prioritise my job for 3pm as I really needed to be somewhere else (that I had cancelled from Monday) and we have water coming through ceiling. I thought they would do this as had let me down - but no. Customer service is non existent.

Would give no stars if possible these people are an absolute joke made an appointment a week in advance to be given an 1100 till 1400 time slot so would mean taking a day off work they rang to tell me he was running late and booked me a time slot of 1500 to 1800 at this point I notified them again that I have removals coming in the morning they said I’m sure we will be ok then It takes me to ring up at 1700 for an eta to be rung back 30 minuets later and told he wasn’t coming at all Thanks for wasting my time

Terrible customer service. Booked a call out for between 9-12 then at 11am received phone call to say wouldn't arrive till4. Then at 3.30 had a call to say they wouldn't be able to make it at all. A whole day wasted off work. Wouldn't recommend this company

Stay away from these cowboys! Arrived late. Criticised quality of refreshment offered. Sent me to fetch various basic equipment he didn't have - bucket, tissue, step ladder and - I kid you not - a bicycle pump. He didn't even possess a pen to complete the extortionate bill! System worked for approximately 5 minutes after he'd left. When contacted the next day they were completely disinterested. Bunch of charlatans! Don't waste your money.

Paid the invoice £ 463 and thay charged me £96 for...??? No one knows for what. Been trying to find out but no answer. Ignoring my emails... beware!!!!

Absolute cowboys. Either they haven't got a clue what they are doing or purposely charged me for a load of work I didn't need or want. Either way should be avoided.

Terrible service, the woman at their head office (shack somewhere) is useless and horrible. I suspect most of the 5 star positive reviews are fake judging by their style and content.

Booked to have my boiler serviced and was told that someone would turn up that day between 9-12 my card details was asked for and I was told I would be charged once the work had been completed but my card was charged straight away Had a phone call at 12.30 telling me that the engineer was held up and wouldn't be able to make it until the following morning The engineer come the next day and straight away told me that my boiler was dangerous and not to use it he hung a danger sign on it and shut it down and he said he hadn't done a service as it needed repairs was told it was going to cost £200 + after seeing reviews I decided to get a second option and called in British gas guess what nothing at all wrong with the boiler at all in fact it's running as if it was new I will be going to trading standards as much have 3 children and was a week with no hot water just because this company wanted to rip people off do not use them

Waited in all day to be phoned 10 mins before to let me know they cant make it today, re-arranged for the day after for a 9am-1pm slot and again left waiting until 12.40pm to be told there running late and i now have an afternoon slot 2pm-6pm, not great customer service neither is it same day installation, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

I have been waiting over a week for Plumbing Force to service and fix an issue with my boiler. Each time they book me in, for whatever reason, I receive a phone call on the day to tell me firstly, that the engineer is delayed, and then that they have to cancel. This has happened 4 times now over the course of a week. I am 9 months pregnant and unable to use the heating in my house until the boiler is fixed. I wish I hadn't given Plumbing Force the benefit of doubt and wasted a week waiting for them to show up.

Disappointing experience. Called at 2pm to explain my problem of a blocked toilet. They said someone would be out by 6pm. At 5.15pm I got a call to say it would now be the next day. I explained that I couldn't use the toilet and had water dripping from my kitchen ceiling and was told there's nothing they can do as their engineers finish at 6. Who only has emergencies before 6! Anyway the guy turned up the next morning, spent 5 mins looking at my drain, didn't remove my toilet like the website says they do, told me to call dyno rod and then charged me £94 for the privilege! Will not be using again. Terrible customer service.
