Booked to have my boiler serviced and was told that someone would turn up that day between 9-12 my card details was asked for and I was told I would be charged once the work had been completed but my card was charged straight away Had a phone call at 12.30 telling me that the engineer was held up and wouldn't be able to make it until the following morning The engineer come the next day and straight away told me that my boiler was dangerous and not to use it he hung a danger sign on it and shut it down and he said he hadn't done a service as it needed repairs was told it was going to cost £200 + after seeing reviews I decided to get a second option and called in British gas guess what nothing at all wrong with the boiler at all in fact it's running as if it was new I will be going to trading standards as much have 3 children and was a week with no hot water just because this company wanted to rip people off do not use them

Dreadful. Time slot given between 10 and 2 , they cancelled at 1.

Waited in all day to be phoned 10 mins before to let me know they cant make it today, re-arranged for the day after for a 9am-1pm slot and again left waiting until 12.40pm to be told there running late and i now have an afternoon slot 2pm-6pm, not great customer service neither is it same day installation, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

I have been waiting over a week for Plumbing Force to service and fix an issue with my boiler. Each time they book me in, for whatever reason, I receive a phone call on the day to tell me firstly, that the engineer is delayed, and then that they have to cancel. This has happened 4 times now over the course of a week. I am 9 months pregnant and unable to use the heating in my house until the boiler is fixed. I wish I hadn't given Plumbing Force the benefit of doubt and wasted a week waiting for them to show up.

Disappointing experience. Called at 2pm to explain my problem of a blocked toilet. They said someone would be out by 6pm. At 5.15pm I got a call to say it would now be the next day. I explained that I couldn't use the toilet and had water dripping from my kitchen ceiling and was told there's nothing they can do as their engineers finish at 6. Who only has emergencies before 6! Anyway the guy turned up the next morning, spent 5 mins looking at my drain, didn't remove my toilet like the website says they do, told me to call dyno rod and then charged me £94 for the privilege! Will not be using again. Terrible customer service.

I contacted Plumbingforce a week ago and after 3 cancellations the guy eventually turned up 1 week on ( Yesterday ) he was very pleasant but did not fix the problem so went and said that he would phone back in 1 hour with a price of a replacement pump. he did not and when I contacted the company at 5:30 pm they said that they would source the part and call me at 8:15 they have just called at 8:45 with a price £116.48 more expensive than even I can buy it as a member of the public and yes that is with free next day delivery. So still I have no ability to use my kitchen, washing machine or dishwasher one week on and now have to start from square one again I'D NEVER USE THEM Rubbish and useless

Engineer turned up but said the work was too difficult so they couldn't carry out the job (after charging £100 call out fee), I called Barrett heating who came and and fixed what was a simple job....Plumbing Force are just there too con you of the call of fee without doing an ounce of work!!! AVOID!

Engineer came out said the job was too difficult and they couldn't do it and left charging £98 call out fee, had another company come out who said it was a standard job and fix no probs. Just out to get your call out fee for 15mins of work....BEWARE!!! Try Barrett heating, so much more professional

I called to book an engineer to come a do a service boiler check. Was given a time slot for engineer to come between 10-1pm. Engineer called at 12.45 to say he can't come and arrange to book another day . I cancelled and then called customer service to ask why. They asked me they can have somebody definitely come between 1-4pm to do service check of boiler. Called at 3.50 to find out where engineer is and find out he had cancelled my appointment without any comment from me. Absolutely ridiculous. Never felt so angered of having a day wasted on time wasters. Don't book with these people. Never got a confirmation email or receipt of appointment even though I asked on demand but they said they don't issue this even though they take an email and bank details when you book for an engineer. Feel stupid to have allowed this to Happen. Could very well be dodgy or fraudulent. Lesson learned

I gave full information that we had an Electical central heating and water system, waited in for the engineer to turn up. He worked on the system for 45 minutes to then announce that he was a gas engineer and couldnt fix it because he didnt work on electic

Please do not ever use this company ever. They will charge you an arm and leg and it's all a lie that they have a very good review. They do not have a good review at all. As a customer. I have had to deal with this disgusting company.There customer service is appaulling and staff are very very rude, shout, unprofessional and have a "don't care attitude". They will charge a riduculous amount and leave you thinking that the repairs were excellent. They wil never put it right either. Trust me please do not use this company.

I would rate as zero but that is not available. I have two small children and called them at 12:30 to be told someone would be with me before four. Chased them at 15:39 to be told it would be 17:00. They then called to say someone was on their way, then proceeded to get a call at 17:15 to say it would be Monday which has left no time to call anyone else and the money had already been removed from my account. Needless to say they are not someone I would recommend.

We called at 11am Friday 15th September to have a cooker fitted and certified, we were told 1-3 pm then called back to say 3pm-6pm ,at 17.50 we received a call saying the engineer was held up and would not come until 9-1 Saturday morning. we called at 1pm asking what happened where was the Engineer? to be told oh it has been changed to 12-15 pm lol you got it still no show still no Cooker,I would not give this company any stars for customer service and thanks for wasting two days and a days lost wages for work waiting in for a no show.If you can not provide the service dont say you can.

I rang early this morning. Regarding my mothers toilet she is 96 and uses a zimmer frame. She needs the toilet several times at night, I was told a plumber would attend before 12 I had another call saying they couldn't get there before 12 but would come before 6pm. that was fine I rang again at about 3 to see when they would be there ... yes, they where coming, rang again at 5pm operator would find out... called me back at 5.30 and said they couldn't make it today after all and would have to be in the morning THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH if you cant do it let people know early enough so they have a chance to get someone who can !!!! this is not efficient in this day of mobile communications. I shan't be using them again.

Do not book this as an emergency visit unless you want to wait in all day and make endless calls with no clear up to date information. The time has changed with each phone call and we have water pouring through the ceiling. They take a payment off your card at time of booking.

Phoned plumbing force this morning to book an engineer to repair a gas pipe in my house, I was given an appointment between 3&6pm. I rushed home from work to break out the concrete screed to expose the pipe as asked, whilst I was waiting there was a phone call from plumbing force saying they could not get an engineer to me today it would have to be re booked for tomorrow between 9&1, that could not guarantee me an early appointment so I could get to work. ABSOLUTELY USELESS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNRELIABLE. STEER CLEAR !!!!!!!!!!!

I booked an emergency plumber to come between 4pm-6pm. I was told at 3.10pm that the plumber could not make the agreed appointment. I am now stuck with the emergency and no plumber.

The "engineer" visited three times, it cost us almost 500 pounds and we still had a problem. Got a local plumber in and were told that the boiler was giving off carbon monoxide and should NEVER have been repaired. We have been told to report the matter to the gas safety organisation. Never again
