“I love, love Poppy's Picnic. My fur babies loves it also. So easy to control how much to give them, the best part. I put mine in a freezer bag so that it gives me more room in my freezer there are also quick to defrost. I am off now to order some more. Thank you Poppy's Picnic.”

“I was a loyal customer of this company for several years and always found their customer service excellent. The food was high quality, and I often recommended it to other dog owners. Unfortunately, things declined slightly over time. The updated website and ordering system became difficult to use due to my poor eyesight, and for the first time, my delivery failed to arrive on the scheduled day. When it eventually came, the food had thawed, and I was too unwell to unpack it or take photos as proof. Sadly, I lost my money and have since stopped ordering. It’s a real shame, as my experience had been very positive for many years before this.”

We understand how frustrating it must have been when your delivery didn’t arrive on the expected day, especially given the difficulties with your health at the time. While our courier aims to deliver within our 48-hour delivery window, we completely understand that this delay caused inconvenience. As per our terms and conditions, we do ask customers to check their delivery before refusing it, so we can assist promptly if there are any issues. That said, we’re very sorry that this process wasn’t easy for you and that things didn’t go smoothly on this occasion. “My working cocker spaniel really had no love for food prior to Poppy’s Picnic. A nutritionist put me onto it and now I can even reward him with treats and training him has therefore become easier as he’s learnt to enjoy food. He used to leave his meals but now he even licks his bowl clean. It is quick to arrive as I don’t use the auto delivery and easy to store.”

“My dog absolutely loves the Powerballs, he doesn’t like eating the same thing everyday so I have a selection of flavours and can take out of the freezer what I need, therefore no waste.”

“I have a very fussy little Cockapoo who has never been consistent with her meals — until we found Poppy’s Picnic. She loves the cookable range and now looks forward to every mealtime. The difference has been amazing: less stress for both of us and a much happier, healthier pup. It’s such a comfort knowing she’s eating nutritious food that she actually enjoys. “Fast delivery and great value. I don't want to feed bones but I do want my little monsters to have a little in their diet as I believe it's good for them, so I'm loving this. I used to make my own dog food, but this is no dearer for better quality and a better mixture. Fabulous. I portioned out the food while semi-defrosted and re-froze it so it's really convenient. My two absolutely love every flavour and clean up every scrap.”
