“Placed order on 23 December 2021. Emailed a few times for updates. But no reply. My order arrived on 10.01.2022. box damaged, heater damaged from both sides. Send email again and again but no replay. will wait for a reply another 24 hours, if not will contact my bank and cancel my payment.”

“I received a faulty toolbox for Xmas for my husband. Gosia in customer services dealt with my issue professionally and courteously. Within 3 days the faulty item was collected and a brand new and perfect item delivered. The service was very much appreciated. It would have been useful to know in a liitle more in advance that they were collecting and delivering due to work schedules but really cannot fault the service. Happy New Year Gosia and all at Power Tools”

“I messed up over the Christmas holiday and ordered the wrong item. Gosia, sorted it out for me really fast and saved me a lot of grief in returning it. Great one stop shop for getting everything you need on one invoice to cut down the paperwork.”

“Absolute rubbish, no customer support, paid for next day delivery, product arrived over a week late with no option to even contact Power tools direct. After investigating find out alot of people in the same boat, being lied to, and ultimately ripped off by these scam artists. Avoid like the plague.”

“Overall I’m happy however some parts lack quality. For example the bracket the motor sit on already has a failed weld. This was found whilst aligning the pulleys, I’m not happy about this as I am a mechanical technician and work on industrial sized equipment.”

“Ordered 2 items on 22/12/21, 1 item was the last one in stock, paid for 2-3 day delivery, half expecting delivery between Christmas and new year due to time of order and I have not received any of my items. I have not been contacted in any way, I have even sent an email asking for an update and I have had no reply.”
