“Dear sir, My name is Karen Danks , I just recently bought from you a 6"bench grinder and polisher . I have complained to you that the machine arrived in a broken state . The grommet that wholes the electric cable was smashed , If you can send a new one to me I will fix it . Kind Regards , Karen Danks.”

“Great products at good prices but I didn't get delivery when specified and I had to chase to find out what was happening. I think if you cant meet the delivery date that you should be in touch with the customer”

“Item (Ronseal Interior wax) ordered said 2-3 days delivery on website. After a week I sent an e-mail to be told that it would ship that day. Still no delivery half a week later. it's now been 11 days and still nothing.”

“Good competitive price. Initially when ordered received no confirmation.Had to email and received a very quick reply explaining they had a problem with their confirmation system. Received a confirmatory email soon after the reply. Then heard nothing for about 3 working days when received an email telling me goods were despatched. They arrived two days later. At present if you have a query have to email them as a phone message directs you to contact them that way, however they answered my email quickly.”

“A good range of the equipment I required. However, having paid for express (3 day) delivery the items took almost 2 weeks to arrive. It was very difficult to get any update on progress.”

“I bought a Stabila level with wrong end cap, travelled down to their head office on Jan 4th. (I don't know where the photo is of their showroom but it certainly isn't there!)Chap there said "don't do returns everything online" Thanks, 70mile round trip wasted. Tried telephone " because of Covid can only contact via e-mail" 2 e-mails later and still no reply. Verdict: AVOID at all costs and that is being kind.”
