“Order placed on Saturday 5th March however it was not delivered until 10th March, despite having paid for Express Parcel delivery quoted as 2-3days! Otherwise happy with the product.”

“Thank you for the hose pipe I ordered. The delivery was disappointing being promised one day between certain hours and not arriving, then being notified it had been delivered and subsequently given a delivery date the next day! Not your fault, but the delivery company concerned has a poor reputation locally. David Hull”

“Wrong item arrived , poor customer service as no call operator, email only . I was told to wait in all day 9 to 5 for my wrong item to be collected!! Only then will I receive refund or right item dispatched. Tools were needed urgently.”
